Billing address is not being sent from EDD to Mijireh. Is this by design? I see the Address class in the plugin, but don’t see how it’s using the EDD billing address.

The billing address is not forwarded to the Mijireh checkout. Is this by design? It’s really annoying to have to fill it out twice.

Error for total

I am getting this error {"total":["must add up correctly to the items, discount, tax and shipping costs"]} for the Mijireh checkout with this plugin on the site https://boarddirection.com.au/services/

It only happens when the book is the only product. I’m not sure if it’s a tax rounding issue, but it doesn’t happen for any of the other products, and the only significant difference I can see is that they’re about 10x the price of the book.

Really need help on this one, please!

I sent a support and no one has replied. Considering it was $49 and supposed to be a priority service, needless to say i am not happy. It doesn’t help to read that many others are not happy with the slow response on the priority service

I have slurped the page and the checkout appears twice. Can i have a fix asap please.

Hi,
I am having some issues getting any support from Mijireh and hope someone can help.

I need a new key or confirmation I can safely set up a new account. I have issued multiple support tickets and cannot properly get a new password to accept. I was able to get into my account by a different link that did not require me to log in as well. My plug in was removed and it would be fabulous if someone could tell me if I can get a new key or do I have to just begin a new account.

Rolled the API key and placed it in the woocommerce / Mijireh gateway, yet am still receiving “Mijireh Error: Missing Mijireh Access Key” upon checkout.

Not really sure why it’s not recognizing the new key.

I’m having issues with Slurping a page using the Mijireh plugin. I’ve contacted them several times within the last 5-6 days with no response so I decided to start here.

The first time I tried using the service it worked beautifully and had no problems. But I recently tried to “re-slurp” my checkout page as Ive had some design changes and it will not work now just gives me this error “Please make sure your Mijireh access key is correct”.

Just a explanation of the “Slurp” terminology. When you “Slurp” a page it is supposed to suck up your CSS/HTML/PHP whatever gives your site its current look and applies it to your account and uploads it to their server. That way your checkout page does not look different then your current store.

Ive tried disabling and deleting plugins installed after the fact, changing titles, enabling/renabling the plugin. Rolling new API keys and going as far as making a new account. Nothing has worked so far and I don’t have anymore ideas maybe somebody else can help.

Thanks so much for this plugin! But I have an issue..

I don’t have a need for the extra pages created in /downloads. The extra pages are showing up in search results and I don’t want that.

I only need the secure digital copy of the file, the button and cart and checkout.

Is there a way to create the digital downloads without creating the extra page in /downloads directory?

If not, is there a way to hide the /downloads directory from search results?
