All you need to do is change the redirection url to this https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr instead of https://ipnpb.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

I have added it as a Widget and also as shortcode. I’ve even deactivated and reactivated it with no success. I know that it worked several months ago, before I stopped using my site.
I have the relevant PayPal business account.

We’ve double checked the settings for the button and the shortcode.
Any indication as to what we need to do to resolve this error and get the button working again would be great.

If you use the pricing options on the configuration form—you can check the box to remove the email entry option. When I add new price options in the short code–the email option comes back—how do you eliminate it?

I have 2 questions.
1) Is there a list of shortcodes i can use to add features has i would do in Paypal main site for creating buttons? On my site, i want dropdown price lists, or i want 2 buttons with 2 custum images (one for each) and i couldn’t find how to do it.
2) The dropdown menu just don’t work on my worpress… I use Visual Composer and i tried to disable evreting else with no luck. Maybe it is the theme, i don’t know. Am i the only one having the problem? When i push de button ‘Easy Payment Button’ nothing appens…
