The plugin is very easy to use. It’s really good. Only one thing I want to be corrected, when on mobile screen the sticky top doesn’t stay sticked on the top, it is a little bit shifted down the screen. This is kind of annoying.

I’ve used this plugin on many sites and never had a problem. It’s extremely basic, which I like – and so do my clients. For a free plugin, the developers should be commended for not using any obtrusive nag screens or dashboard messages… just a few links to their website and social media channels. A+

I install it and allow me to customized the message on it, it worked in all my pages except homepage (which is the most important to havce the call-to-action that I install this for).

All it did was create a random bar at the top that was fixed, not sticky.
