Hello support.
I have just spent more than an hour trying to get this plugin to work. I just want the weather in my area. First I had to an API key. I got one from OepnWeatherMap. The I had to get a station ID. I spent more than fifteen minutes reading their page on how to create a station and decided I dond’t want a station. After all this, I still don’t have weather info displaying on my page. I want a simple plugin that will get this weather info based on my location. The plugin should find the info sources for me. This may be a good app, but it’s more time than I want to spend.
Good luck.

]]>Hello support.
I went through the process of obtaining an API key from OpenWeatherMAp on their Free plan. However, when I copy the API Key from their email to their panel on the Weather Station Settings page, I get the following error:
Unable to connect Weather Station to OpenWeatherMap. Please try again.
The error message is “Wrong OpenWeatherMap API key.”.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
David
]]>Great plugin!
Quick question about API calls to the weather service. Does this plugin cache the calls or do they happen with each widget rendering?
]]>Hello!
The Easy weather widget is not displaying the correct temperature or weather pattern on our site: word.emerson.edu/jsons/ (it’s temporarily taken down right now, I can put it back up if needed.)
It says it’s 56 and it’s raining – it’s 36 and it’s snowing. Any ideas on how this can be fixed?
]]>Hello!
On this site: word.emerson.edu/jsons/ the little Fahrenheit symbol appears, but no number. To the best of my knowledge, it had been there previously. I do know we have not run any updates between the time we activated it and the time it vanished. Any assistance or suggestions would be appreciated! We don’t want to remove your widget.
Thanks,
Paula
]]>Is there a way to make the widget appear multiple times in the same sidebar? If I drag three over and set them all to unique zip codes, it displays only the first zip code that I entered, but three times.
]]>I have the Easy Weather on my compamnies intranet page. For the last day or so it has been stuck at -17 degrees. Is there some way so I can receive the updated weather.
]]>Is there a way to get rid of the bullet that appears in front of the word “weather”? I have the weather widget in my right sidebar and no other item is in a list format, so the bullet in front of the title “weather” is out of place.
thanks,
