Is there anyone have same problem?

I’m considering switching over to your plugin from zhiqiang’s one because yours seem to load the formulas faster (and the pro’s cache option looks interesting).
However, formulas don’t show in wordpress excerpts, do you have a way around that ?
I’m willing to mess around in the functions.php file, but I’m not a coder so if you had a few pointers…

I updates to the pro version and ever since latex appears as a black box.
I can change the text color buy not the box background color. It just remains black no matter what I put.

Update: I noticed that in the settings page the example does change to the correct colors I select. But in the actual site the background remains black.
