Recently the easyship app will disconnect almost every 24 hours. So I have to manually reconnect the plugin and manually synch the orders. very tedious, is there a log where I can review what is going on? Would appreciate some support from easyship.

So, I use Easyship for my shipment and I installed the Easyship/WooCommerce plugin and it seems to work as advertised in that it retrieves the shipping rates and displays them in the cart. – tick! BUT what I want to be able to do is offer a FLAT rate shipping cost BUT also have the actual rates retrieved and used and the orders synced with Easyship.
What I normally do is charge a flat rate for each shipment BUT I use FEDEX to ship and so I want to display the flat rate but still have the orders sync with Easyship.
is this possible?
]]>When will there be an update for compatibility with WooCommerce’s new HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?
]]>Hello there,
I have been using Easyship for two years now and it’s been working well for me. Two times this week the app has deactivated itself, which when I look it up online, it could mean that there is an overlap between plugins. So I went ahead and deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and Easyship (down to the very basic two to make sure Easyship can function) and Easyship is still not functioning properly.
To expand on that – when I remove everything else, the Easyship plugin seems to be turned activated and stays on, but it is not functioning in my website at all. In fact, all of my customers are seeing no shipping options at all for any location.
I noticed the plugin was updated four days ago, but I’m not sure that would necessarily impact things or not. Thank you for your time, everybody!
]]>I am not sure why the easyship plugin disappeared when upgraded to new Woocommerce version ? I could not see it anymore even after uninstalled and installed again many times, so cannot setup.
Please help to advise. Thanks.

]]>How do I markup the shipping rates generated in the cart?
As a rule, we slightly markup our customer facing shipping rates to account for packaging materials, insurance, returns, damages, etc.
This is fairly standard practice with most ecommerce stores and I’m surprised I don’t see it as an option here.
]]>Does this plugin split up items in the cart to calculate rates? When the contents of the cart exceed 150 pounds, no rate is provided and customers cannot checkout. However, the cart contains three items, each weighing 60 pounds. There should be a rate provided that considers the three separate items will ship separately and provide an appropriate shipping rate.
]]>Hello,
We have a problem with the website of our client. There is a conflict with Thrive Comments that prevent the comment form to work.
It worked since years, but since the last update we have that issue.
This js error is pushed to the console :

at HTMLDivElement.dispatch (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.4:2:43184)
at y.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.4:2:41168)
It is neither a cache problem nor a js optimization problem.
The conflict still appears with only thrive and easyship plugins activated.
Please could you manage to fix the issue and update the plugin ?
Thanks in advance.

]]>I’m using this plugin for a production site running WPEngine and keep getting a connection error message when the shipping rates stop working. I’ve followed the instructions to “Disable and Enable” the application on the WP site several times but nothing seams to fix the issue. I’ve messaged Easyship with no response. The support for this plugin is horrible. It feels as if the support team at Easyship does not care about supporting their paying customers.
If anyone has any advice on how I can get this connection issue resolved please let me know. Thanks
]]>The previous support ticket is still an issue that is also affecting us. We got the same A connection error occurred. To reconnect your store, please go to WooCommerce, disable the Easyship app, then re-enable it error message. The only way to remove the error was to completely delete the WooCommerce integration with our store on Easyship’s website. It was only set up for a day. Hopefully we don’t have to keep doing this.
The Easyship website seems very high tech, but when it comes to the WooCommerce plugin, it seems like it isn’t getting much attention. In addition to this issue of the store disconnecting for no reason, the shipping options and their rates don’t update according to the total weight of the products at checkout. The main purpose of this integration is dynamic rates. That not working at all is a huge problem making this completely unusable. On top of all that, the duty and tax calculations are wrong. They were crazy high according to Easyship, so I checked them against some other sources for clothing exported from the United States to Canada. Easyship seems off.
]]>I am getting an error in my EasyShip admin saying:
“A connection error occurred. To reconnect your store, please go to WooCommerce, disable the Easyship app, then re-enable it.”
When i try and disable in WooCommerce > Settings > EasyShip it does not disable.
I can only assume the issue is the version of WordPress as it used to work just fine before.
]]>Hello,
I recently signed up for easyship and have connected my woocommerce store with it. I was able to see the shipping options until this week and now when an address is entered we are getting No Shipping Options Found error.

]]>Hi team, I’m using Aelia Currency Switcher, the calculation is correct with flat rates but not with dynamic rates from easyship, here is an example :
A dynamic rate from easyship is USD $50
flat rate / expected correct rate in HKD :
USD 50 x 7.8 = HKD 390
actual rate calculated and displayed by easyship plugin in HKD :
USD 50 x 7.8 x 7.8 = HKD 3,042
*the currency multiplier for some reason is being calculated TWO times instead of one when using easyship rates. thoughts?

]]>Hello,
We are using easyship for our wocommerce shipping solution for over a year now. Please release wordpress version of plugin which is compatible with WordPress version 5.5.1. There is major issues such which show “An active PHP session was detected” A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.
This causes Rest API issues The REST API encountered an error.
The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.
The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
Upon disabling your plugin all error messages including both above disappear. Kindly waiting your resolution
]]>Hi,
I have tried to contact through your support page but received no response. There does not appear to be any other way to contact you, hence having to resort to WordPress forum.
I have installed your plugin in WordPress / Woocommerce, replacing a plugin I used to use called Oz Post for Woocommerce.
I am hoping to use your services in the future, but have a small issue with quantities.
It would appear that when I increase the quantity of a product or choose a large product, I get the message “No shipping options were found”. Smaller quantities work fine and show quotes.
I’ve tried to figure out what the threshold is, but it seems pretty random from product to product.
As this Website is a wholesale website, sizes and weights vary from envelope size to shipping container sizes and everything in between.
Is this a limitation of your platform that only relatively small packages are manageable or am I doing something wrong?
The previous Plugin I used “Oz Post” is sadly no longer working and it appears that the developer is not really interested in addressing the issues. However, when activated, it does allow any size or weight to be processed. This confirms that my shipping is set up correctly in WooCommerce. However when I remove ‘Oz Post’ and use ‘Easyship’, I get this problem.
Please can you advise as I would very much like to use your services. Also, how do your customer obtain support?
Thanks in advance.

I am having problems when I try to create shipments using the store sync.

Thank you
I integrated easyship in our website.
