I can not direct you to a page to illustrate the issue as the site is behind a membership paywall.
I have recently updated a clients website to use SSL and we no longer accept connections via non-SSL. This has caused a problem with the EVP 2.0 plug in as it is trying to load some content via http instead of https, for instance I get the following error, but not limited to this single one:
Blocked loading mixed active content “https://advancedsports.evplayer.com/player/assets.js.php?v=2.3.6
I have looked at the plug in files but can not find a simple fix for this, could you advise a fix?
Thanks.

I can purchase the actual player from your website for under 200. Now I can install it onto my webserver correct? (no monthly fees?)
Now if I do that, I see that I have to install a database for users/and video information. That kinda sucks.
Is there a separate vs. more fully dedicated that I can purchase that will take advantage of the actual WordPress database tables and storage mechanisms?
In other words, why would I install a separate database to manage users and video information when I have all those tables already available in WordPress?
It seems to me that this plugin is just a ‘hacky’ way of simply adding in a tinymce icon for adding video and it’s not a true integration like say ‘kaltura’ is…
*I already run kaltura and wowza fully integrated with WordPress
What I am looking for is a good front end player that allows me the advertising tools that this player does. Preferably it would utilize the WordPress database, or even just as good utilize kaltura with wordpress, so now you have the best of all commercial video worlds, the best blogging platform, the best video platform, add in a little wowza/adobe rtmp magic, and your player and it can’t be beat.
So, do you have plans on making a ‘real’ easy video player plugin for WordPress, or are you planning on sticking with this ‘hack job’?
*I’m not knocking your player I want it, I am just frustrated after reading the code that you didn’t do this right with the plugin and just threw something together. I for one would spend decent money to have a good marketing player added to the mix

]]>Good day, when you try to insert a video within a page or post, using the EVP button, it will bring up the code insert window, but when you try to click the ‘Insert Video’ button, nothing happens. The Embed window stays open and doesn’t embed the EVP code.
