** Note: Edge Animate has been discontinued, you can still install it and use it from Creative Cloud, but it will no longer be updated. As such I would imagine this plugin will never be updated as well **
This plugin does what it needs to and is the easiest way to add Edge animations to a WordPress page. The plugin still works, but only works with Adobe Edge Animate CC 2014. If you have the CC 2015 version, just install the previous version. Here’s an adobe guide to do that:
After switching back to the old version, the animation I made in 2015 loaded and published fine and I was able to use this plugin again.

It doesn’t work the developer is snarky with answers and there’s no fix… Take it down and remove it as an option if your not going to support it. It’s not fair to people that are hoping your plugin is their only hope.

The pluging does not work with last version of adobe edge CC.
They can′t fix the problem so it is a waste of time trying to use this plugin.

Easy to use and clear documentation. Excellent work!!

I am SO sorry to give this utterly necessary plugin only 2 stars, as its maker Timm is working so very hard on it.
But for WPwebmasters who are not really familiar with codes and technical stuff there are too much flaws in this plugin.
I don’t understand how people here give it 5 stars. That does indeed prove it should work!
But my experience: just one simple animation (not even interactive) can not be displayed on my page with other plugins (in my case wp-tabs) or embedded vimeo-movies.
Maybe I am too early in using EA and its WPplugin, while so many changes are being made just now in both the programme and the plugin. In advance my excuses. Hope to come back later when things are more stable…
Best wishes, Magda from Amsterdam

Edge Suite is great. This plugin makes it easy to add Adobe Edge Animate animations into your WordPress site. As an added bonus, if a quirk or problem arises Timm, the developer, is very helpful and responsive.

Tim,
This plugin filled a huge problem of easily adding the endless animation possibilities with edge animate to bring pages into life.
Starting simple with the simplest intro on.. https://2ridetheworld.com/ waiting for the next version of the plugin eagerly for the latest version of adobe edge animate.

simple and easy to use. I love it.

The simplest way to display an edge animation in wordpress, saves tonnes of work. This guy should work for adobe.

This is a great plugin that helps developers but also helps move web technologies forward.
If this were a premium, fee for download plugin, I’d pay for it.

this is so awesome. i was worried how i was going to get my animations in to wordpress dynamically (without creating a ton of page templates) and this fits the bill.
thank you so much for creating this!!

Dear developer,
I like this plugin very much.
But one thing I would like to change.
If I delete and upload an animation again, it gets a different ID. And I want to control the Stage ID!
What I have tested: I changed the names of the project which are stored In the directory where the plugin saves the uploaded files. (The project names are something like: “MyAnimation_1”, “Another Animation_2”. But no success. The Plugin counts up.
Can anyone tell me how to have influence on the ID?
(I asked this question in an official adobe forum, but nobody can help me.This is a copy of my question)
I wonder why I am the only person who has this problem.
Thank you for your time and greetings
MisterW

Had a couple of issues as I was using Edge Commons with an interactive SVG but ti2m got it sorted.

Works like a charm. Was looking around how to implemant Edge Animations into WordPress. This is just freaking perfect!
Can even place the shortcodes into divs for styling.

Exactly what I needed. And it just works. jQuery NoConflict mode (experimental) made things so much easier. Yeah.

Edge Suite is very easy to use and helps me put Edge Animate compositions into WordPress sites very quickly. The pulldown menu at the bottom (listing available compositions) is awesome.

This plugin fills a much needed niche, and the developer is quick to provide technical support.

I’ve been using Edge animate since the earliest version and it was always a hassle to incorporate it into WordPress websites.
This plugin will solve your Edge incorporation needs in a very clever, intuitive and functional way.
Looking forward for new features and improvements.
Absolutely essential plugin ??

Really useful when you need to insert several Edge animations. Easy to use and great support too.

I like this plugin very much. I hope the author keeps upgrading it.

This plugin is essential. It allows the combined use of two amazing tools: WordPress (of course) with Adobe Edge. Adobe Edge makes simple animations simple. But without Edge Suite, you cannot integrate it easily.
A note about the developer: quick to help. Very rare! Thank you.

This plugin works great. I believe a great deal of confusion or incompatibility may come from the way users are trying to implement it.
The plugin author is a savvy guy. If you’re having problems just make a post, he’s very responsive. I’m using it on two of my site’s pages and it works flawlessly.
If it just had a way to more easily implement it into WordPress themes like Dynamic Headers by Nicasio Design that has ceased update development, it would be awesome!

This plug-in takes the hassle out of putting Adobe Edge Animate animations into WordPress and it’s super easy to use. The plug in developer is very quick to respond and works really hard to help you with your problem. That’s especially appreciated since I’m no coder and get stuck otherwise.
Big thanks!

It’s a great plugin and works well for everything except ie9 and lower, which is to be expected. The animation doesn’t load unless the page is refreshed a number of times in ie9. I am yet to find a solution to this. It will be good when people stop using internet explorer or when microsoft finally wake up. *sigh*

I installed the plug-in and had some initial problems. I posted my issue on the support board and within minutes the plug-in author responded. He looked at my page, offered some debug suggestions, and I found a way to resolve the problem. It was my site’s problem and not his plug-in.
What I appreciate is the great customer support!
And it doesn’t hurt that the plug-in works exactly as advertised.
