I got an error in one of our client’s site that shows “wp_mail has been declared by another process or plugin, so you won’t be able to use Elastic Email Sender until the problem is solved”. while updating another plugin called Starter Template (4.2.1 —> 4.2.4) to its latest version.
Does anyone know why this happening while updating the mentioned plugin.

In one of our client’s sites, the mail submitted through a contact form keeps getting the event status “bounced”. The bounce type is soft (Account problem). When testing the working of the mail, it works perfectly. But not right now. We are using WPForms for the contact form. Does anyone know what is causing the issue?

However I need to use the same account, different API with different domains. On reports I can’t see a way to see by channel name or domain name. All my sites are below the sane “Channel Name”.
Please add to the channel name variable a way to change it throught the plugin or simple adding the info from the sender or email in the channel variable.

The initial connection went fine and the test email sends instantly, but when I try to send using forminator.. nothing ever sends.
I’ve gone through forminator settings 20 times and all looks normal. No errors in Elastic email logs and Fominator logs show the email as sent..

I have subscribed to Elastic email via Cloudways with a monthly limit of 25000. But when I set up the Elastic Plugin on WordPress, it tells me I have an Account Daily Limit of 500. How can I make that reflect the subscribed amount? I currently am sending 700 newsletters a day, so this is not good.

first of all, love the plugin, love the service. It simply works.
As we automate a lot of things in our CI-Pipelines it would be awesome if you could provide filters or ideally environment-variables/constants that we could use to overwrite the plugin-settings e.g. when deploying to staging.
This way we could react on the staging-environment and set API-Keys, Markting/Transactional, From-Settings, and Mime-Type in the wp-config.php using something like:
define('EE_MIME_TYPE', 'texthtml');
define('EE_EMAIL_TYPE', 'transactional');
// .... all the others
That would be soooo nice!

I went through one by one and deactivated plugins from the background, and it became quickly apparent that Event Espresso and your plugin could not be activated at the same time. I NEED both of these plugins on this website. I have also sent an email to Event Espresso, as one of you needs to update your code.

After the recent update my contact form 7 is sending html characters. When disabling the elastic email sender plugin I receive my mails correctly. This glitch occurred after the update.

]]>The reports tab currently displays a simple pie chart of emails that were delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed and bounced.
It would be great if this report tab could be enhanced to display detailed information on each email. I’d like to be able to see which emails bounced and why, etc.
I assume that this is possible by viewing account reports on the Elastic Email website but what about those of us who are subscribed to the Elastic Email API through our hosting providers and do not have direct access to the Elastic Email dashboard and reports? For example: Using the service via a Cloudways Add-ons subscription.
Please add more detailed reports to the Plugin’s report tab.

]]>I have used Elastic Email earlier. So, I can say this is the best and exceptionally reliable player.
But for some time, I am using HubSpot. Based on my conversation I segregate contacts if they are eligible for marketing email or not. Because in my business all the people who submit for query forms are not eligible for marketing.
I want to know, is there any way to synchronize the HubSpot list to the Elastic Email list (which is dynamic, as every day few more contacts are added)
I will take away the pain to download contacts from Hubspot and upload in Elastic Email
