Hello team – After doing some troubleshoot + theme/plugin troubleshoot I found there is a conflict between Elementor Popup feature and ElementsKit “Team” Widget.

If there is a button that shows an Elementor popup on the page, and if there is ElementsKit Team Widget on the same page, then clicking on the button doesn’t show the popup.

For example, this page has a button that shows a popup on clicking the button, and on the bottom of the button, there is ElementsKit Team Widget. Now since the ElementsKit Team Widget is on the same page, the popup doesn’t appear on clicking the button.

And on this page there is no ElementsKit Team Widget and the popup is working fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Elementor, Elementor Pro (as popup feature is available in pro version only), and ElementsKit plugin.
2. Go to Templates in WP Admin (on the left sidebar) and create a popup.
3. Configure it for link click like this: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-trigger-a-popup-on-a-link-click [check “Opening A Popup By Text Link” section]
4. Then when you will publish the popup it will ask for “Display Conditions”, “Triggers”, and “Advanced Rules”. In the “Display Conditions”, set ‘Include” and “Entire Site” > Screenshot: https://imgur.com/PIcgKnI. Leave all options in “Triggers” and “Advanced Rules” as disabled.
5. On a new page, add Elementor Button Widget and add popup link to the button as mentioned here: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-trigger-a-popup-on-a-link-click [check “Create the link” section]
6. Then on the same page add ElementsKit Team Widget and publish the page.
7. Go to the page front view and click on the Elementor Button that you added, and you will notice the popup is not appearing, just similar to what I shown in this video: https://imgur.com/gb0m64k

There is bug in the ElementsKit Team Widget so I request to please fix this as soon as possible on high priority as it is affecting my many sites.

Just to let you know. ElementsKit Nav Menu widget in ElementsKit Lite does not work with (does not support) custom links and anchors. The nav menu items with custom links are not active (they don’t scroll to the anchors). They worked before (3 weeks ago), and now, I believe after lastest update, they stop working. I had to replace your ElementsKit Nav Menu widget with similar widget from other plugin.

I am experiencing a fatal error with the Nav Menu widget in ElementsKit on my WordPress site. Below are the details of the error:

The error appears to be related to an unrecognized format specifier "C" within the sprintf() function in the file nav-menu-template.php. This issue occurs only when the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget is active, and it seems to prevent the page from loading correctly.

Steps Attempted to Resolve the Issue:

1. I verified the navigation menu settings to ensure no special characters were present.
2. Both Elementor and ElementsKit are updated to the latest versions.
3. I deactivated and reactivated all plugins to isolate the issue and confirmed that the error only appears with ElementsKit active.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue? The Nav Menu widget is essential for my site’s navigation, and your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, thank you very much for such an excellent plugin, I have recently used it and I am having some problems.
When I use the “TablePress” or “Blog Entries” widget and make some modification to an entry or directly to the content of a created table, the changes are not reflected, the information in the browser is not updated. I even deactivated the cache but still to no avail.
I tried directly placing the shortcode of a table generated by TablePress and this way the changes are reflected, but not with the ElementsKit TablePress widget.
The same thing happens with the tickets. Please can you tell me how this can be solved. Thank you very much.

I SEO optimize a site for a customer. It uses the Elementskit menu as navigation. For SEO it is important to assign the HTML tags to the individual elements. Unfortunately, the Elementskit menu does not output an HTML-5
tag in front of the menu items. This is not good for SEO. The original Elementor menu widget outputs this tag. A comparison is in the appendix. Would this be possible to implement in an upcoming update?

Hello , I created a widget for a circular progress bar to use on my website using the widget builder
when I add more than one progress bar, they conflict and stop working correctly
when inspecting I noticed they all have the same id ( the one generated by elementor ) I suppose that’s what’s causing the issue.
How can I fix this ?

I am having a situation. I have made mega menu by elementskits plugin, Burger menu not closing automatically when anchor links on same page.

I am using the EKit Image Comparison widget on my website. Recently, when I view the front end of my site, the middle white line that separates the images being compared is stretched really far down, distorting the whole widget and section. When I refresh the page, it often resolves. But this is a problem, especially for first time website viewers.

One of our client’s sites used ElementsKit Lite (v2.7.0) to create a testimonial.
But when I update the plugin to the latest (v3.2.8) the testimonial structure breaks and displays only one of the 4 testimonials. There is no horizontal overflow present, but when checked on the backend there are 4 testimonials and when looked on the front there is only one.

I’m reaching out to get assistance with an issue I’m experiencing in the navigation menu on my Elementor website, where I’m using the Elements Kit plugin.

The problem occurs on the mobile version of the menu when a parent menu item has a link and a submenu. Here’s the current behavior:

? When I click on a parent menu item that has a submenu, the submenu opens as expected.

? However, I am unable to navigate to the parent menu’s linked page because each click only toggles the submenu open and closed.

What I would like to achieve:

? On the first click, the submenu should open (this works as expected).

? On the second click, if the submenu is already open, I would like to be able to navigate to the parent menu’s linked page.

? If there is no linked page (or the link is just a “#”), the second click should simply close the submenu.

So this is the issue we have been having, we notice from time to time that for what ever reason the mega menu will work .. but when it comes to width of the drop down it folds like it loose width of it.

I had to go assign it a class and set the width by hand.

Curious and some pages loose all styles together.. At first Elementor told me to us the regen css which work for a bit but .. the issue keep coming back. I went ahead and clear the cache nothing seems to be working on getting back to a normal state again.

I have configured my page to use Elementor Full Width to use the ElementKits header and footer. However, after editing and saving content in Elementor, the page setting automatically reverts to Elementor Canvas, and header doesn’t display. I work in localhost. How to fix this issue?

I work in Hello Elementor, in localhost.
The Header from the ElementorKits plugin doesn’t display on my site, and I get this warning:
“Warning: Undefined array key “ekit_offcanvas_menu_icons_position” in header-offcanvas.php on line 847.

The header is enabled for the entire site. I’ve tried the following without success:

Changed to Elementor Full Width
Deactivated & reactivated ElementorKits.
Deactivated all other plugins.
Cleared my browser cache and site cache

I don’t know how to solve it at this point. It might be because I work in local?

Since the last Elementor update, ElementKit is causing display bugs with zoom animations.

If I disable ElementKit, everything works perfectly. This issue only occurs on sites with ElementKit installed.

It looks like the parallax front-end is using jquery easing 1.3 (version before 1.4) ? Could you please adjust that and upgrade to version 1.4 of jquery easing? At some point the will become a fatal. The moment i turn of the Parallax Effect in the module setting the issue is gone.

With jquery 4.0 i get jquery easing issues : ‘jQuery.easing.swing’ should use only one argument’ And they do not come from the theme. The Theme uses easing.swing with one parameter.

f.e. in this page (https://thethemebuilders.review/features/7-different-homepage-sliders/the-fotorama-slider/) you see the js warning..

But none of the js loaded by the theme do use the swing argument. It is coming from parallax-frontend.js


also the ekit-admin-core.js does not load in jquery 4.0. Changing settings is not possible.

I’d like to report that using the colspan attribute in a td/th tag inside an accordion (using the html editor) doesn’t work (using browser inspect feature shows that no attribute is added at all).

I currently fixed it by adding 'colspan' => true in the td/th keys in the get_kses_array function but that fix will probably go away whenever the plugin is updated.

I haven’t tested other html attributes.

In the free version of ElementsKit, in the Blog Post section, under the Query settings, when I try to choose posts by category, the option is greyed out. Actually, it’s not greyed out, but it doesn’t give me the option to select any category, even though I definitely have two different categories set up.

Overnight my page performance speed has gone drastically down. Contacted the host, increased hosting resources, bought WP Rocket ect – it’s STILL slow. Now I’m down to disabling different plugins to see any differences. I noticed performace speeding up when I disabled Elements Kit plugin. But I really would like to keep using it because of the megamenu. Why is it making my site slow and how to stop it making my site slow?

Hello. I have noticed that ElementsKit overrides Elementors href link color. Every accordion, tabs, sub menu links, footer links, contact form drop-down link got switched to #fffff hex color. The website I’m working on has a white background, rendering certain elements with titles with links invisible.

I tried to turn off all widgets, except header and footer builder, still the same issue. Turned off all widgets, and the colors from Elementor’s color settings returned, but now I’m without a header and a footer.
I have no other option than to look for a new plugin to fix my “no header and footer” issue instantly.
Why can this be happening? How does the Header and Footer builder break other elements?
Making a new header did not fix the issue either.

I can not use jquery 4.0 and elements kit as the plugin is not jquery 4.0 ready.

I have 8 items on my “Camp Amenities” section on the page, i want them to display as 4 columns in two rows.
Once i change the number of columns, it displays well on the Elementor Customizer but does not display correctly in the live website https://naidura.com

I have noticed, if i select 1 column, it displays correctly, but if i select 2 columns, it displays as 1 column still, if i select 3 columns, it displays as 2 columns, select 4 displays as 3 columns and if i select 6 it displays 5 columns. I would have selected 5 columns and it would have displayed as 4 columns, but there is no option to select 5. The allowed columns are 1,2,3,4 and 6
