I have several pages on my site that are marked Private but they are in the sitemap that Elevate created. This is causing Google crawl errors. If I delete them from the xml manually will they reappear? Perhaps the plugin could check the page visibility settings?

When,how often, are the sitemaps created?

Robots.txt is not being created. Enhanced or the template setting seems to do nothing?

Elevate SEO conflicts with the Tiny Editor. The Visual Tab is not working in the editor. Also Clicking Web View or Learn More does nothing. If I scroll down I see the Web View but the close button does nothing as well.

Lastly when clicking links to authors twitter or web page it doesn’t spawn a new tab in the browser and navigates away from the dashboard.
