Hi. I’m having big problems getting this product to work. The plugin is enabled, it is in debug mode, the products have weight and dimensions assigned, the API is setup and ‘approved’, the ‘mode’ is set to ‘USPS API 3.0’ and has the client ID, Client Secret and Origin Postcode added. I don’t know what else to do.

The plugin installs as expected except thatafgter installation and minor configuration, it does not show up as a method choice when adding methods to a shipping zone.
Latest wordpress etc. Only choices are Free Shipping, Flat Rate, Loca Pickup.
]]>Using ELEX Free, thinking about Premium, but need to understand if there is an option to default to Free Shipping when rule is triggered.
Using ELEX, which works great, but when a $$ threshold hits, and the Free Shipping option is triggered, the default selected option is the USPS price. Users will miss this and not change the default option which is the $$ cost one to the Free Shipping option.
How can I make it default to select the free shipping? I have seen the instructions on how to do this with a coupon. Surely, there should be a way to hide the other mail pricing options when a shipping zone rule is triggered (meaning the free shipping option).
Thanks!
]]>Hi, I’m trying to get the plugin working but I haven’t been able to get live rates for my sales. I really don’t know what’s wrong. Maybe configuration in products?
I get this information from the debug?

]]>Has this plugin the ability to update to USPS Ground Advantage rates? USPS First Class rates do not exist anymore.
]]>When I have Click’n’Ship rates enabled, Retail Ground does not display as a shipping option. Enabling debug mode, it says Retail Ground returned a rate, but that rate is $0.00. I assume that’s why it’s not showing.
But if I got to usps.com Click’n’Ship and enter the address and package, it gives me a Retail Ground rate no problem?
]]>The rates being returned from USPS are much higher than expected due to the curious way the plugin is retrieving the rates.
It appears that if I have three different products in my cart, the plugin retrieves the shipping pricing for each individual product. Then, it multiples the shipping rate by the quantity of the product in the cart, then adds all of the individual rates together. This results in exorbitant shipping rates.
My assumption would be to take the individual products weights and dimensions, add them together into a single package, and then retrieve that single package rate from USPS?
]]>While grabbing rates on my checkout page, no matter what weight is entered, there still shows a FIRST CLASS MAIL option.
I thought First Class Mail only went up to 16 ounces ?
Why doesn’t First Class Mail drop off after 16 ounces ?
Hi,
I’m writing to you because it seems that something is not correct. I am in Canada, and I’m using the print-on-demand services of printful.com. I also want to use your plugin and USPS services. You said that you can connect to USPS for the rates, but also ask me to put my address in Settings. To avoid having problems with USPS I used printful.com address from Los Angeles, but I encountered another problem when I want to advertise my site on Google and Google asked me to introduce my real address instead of printful.com address.
In my opinion, to use for shipping, printful.com address is correct because all products will go from printful.com to the buyer, and USPS could calculate a fair shipping fee.
Please advice me if there is a way to go around this problem.
Many thanks!
hello,
I have a shipping zone with a specific zipcode where i offer flat fee shipping. for any other address, I have a shipping zone with USPS rates.
is there a way to hide the USPS shipping rates on the shipping zone where i offer flat rate?
Thanks,
D.
]]>The rates don’t match the usps.com calculator (and what I think they should be). It looks like the rate is being doubled or tripled, etc when there is more than one item in the cart rather than calculating the shipping for the entire cart. Am I missing a configuration somewhere so it calculates on the cart not each product?
