Hi My champion. elex friends
i have your pro app for wsdesk and signature.
I have downloaded custom price for woo cart.
I get this error on add to cart press: Custom Price is a required field.
Even though the price is in the field.
Do i need to set anything in product page?
Steve
Hello,
I’m having issues:
1. There is no price showing up on the product page making it impossible for users to check out.
On the shop page:
2. I have a ‘read more’ popping up, how can I get rid of it (on my product)
3. Currently I have a Product title, and box to enter the price. I don’t want any price to be shown on the shop page just a “Select your price” button. Which then takes the user to the price page checkout.
Thanks
]]>Hi,
Thank you for your plugin which is very helpful.
Don’t really know why, but on Variations tab, settings for Name your price section are not saved when I click on “save changes”. I’ve as well tested on a staging environment with only Woocommerce (8.3.1) et Elex WooCommerce Name Your Price (2.1.0) as installed plugin, and the wordpress default template. Same issue.
Thank you
RPA
]]>When a product is set to have a Name Your Price pricing on it, the store category page is showing the Name Your Price field, even if the product has variations that have to be chosen (causing it to have a “See Details” button instead of “Add to Cart”). This wouldn’t be too big of a deal if the price you entered was copied into the Name Your Price field on the product details page, but it isn’t, which means you have to enter the price a second time on the product details page before you can add it to the cart. Ideally, the presence of a “See Details” button should cause the field not to be displayed at all on the category page, but if it has to be shown it would be great if the value you entered survived the trip to the product details page.
]]>Thanks for a great plugin, I’m using it so that people can download pdfs for a donation.
If someone tries to offer less than my minimum required donation, I get an error message that reads “Custom price cannot be less than 3”.
I’d like to change this message but cannot see where to do that. Please tell me where to change this.
Many thanks
On the Woocommerce voucher displays not the price entered by the customer, but the price of the product by default. For example, if the standard price is 1€, but customer enters 20€, the price on the voucher is still 1€
]]>Hi. I tried using the nyp on a variable product. However, the first written price remains forever. Let me explain: for the first time I enter 45€ as the custom price and add to the cart. If I try to buy the product again, any price I write or choose in the variable options is replaced by the previous €45. This also happens to different users. I had to temporarily deactivate the plugin for this problem. How to fix this?
]]>This plugin used to work fine but not after entering a price and adding to cart the amount shows 0. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks!
]]>Hi,
Is it possible to limit the name your price field visibility per user role please?

Hi, thanks for a great plugin. I have activated it on the few products I need it for but it is now active on every product in my shop, which I don’t want! The input box is prefixed with “false” and suffixed with “*false” if this helps?
]]>Hi,
for some reason, the price field won’t appear on the product page. I am not sure if this is working for me. I need some assistance, please.

Hello,
Can this feature be shown only for specific user roles? Thank you.

]]>Hi,
When I add the Name your price feature to a variable product (gift card in my example)
it adds the products default price to the cart, instead of my choosen price.
Please help?
This website is online and active. So, for now, I’ve deactivated the Name your price temporarily.
]]>Hi! Odd bug, when I have both WooCommerce Memberships and this plugin enabled and I want to add a Simple Membership product to my cart, the page just refreshes and nothing happens. When I disable this plugin again, I get redirected to the cart and the membership product is added to cart as expected.
]]>Hi,
just experimented around with the plugin, however, I have probably ran into a little bug. When I set min price for zero or leave it empty, I’ll get an ‘Custom Price is a required field’ error when i want to add product to cart with that 0 value. If I enter a second zero and the field has ’00’ in it, then I can add it successfully. Is there a way around this?
thanks
Rajoe
The “name your price” field is not appearing on the product page but instead appears on under the “related products” teaser with a Read More button under it. Is this something I missed in settings? Thanks in advance.
]]>I like this plugin that I installed today, it feels very promising in a lot of ways, but even though I could see great use for it there’s some things holding me back still, I need it to have a limit to category and/or exclude category function.
Another issue, that I think would be a great feature if implemented, is ability to add a link in the *description. In my case I would like to have a link to my conditions page as an example of such a use case.
The most pressing issue, if I’m going to use this after all, is that if leaving the “name your price” field blank it then opens an annoying prompt to fill in the price but I’d rather prefer it to just add it to cart unchanged at the default listed price in such a case.
I believe this plugin has some real potential.

]]>Hello,
I hope you can help.
I’d like to set the minimum price but don’t show it or replace it with a text placeholder
It’s similar to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/showing-price/?view=all#topic-14911735-replies
Thanks,

]]>I’m using this on two products (donations into different categories). I have “hide price” set on each of them. This works great on the actual product pages, but on the category page where it lists all the products, the price still shows up. It would be nice to hide it there, too.
]]>Hi,
I have build a website using you plugin for donation and we realise that we can’t get payment after $999, how can we unlock payments to be more than 1000…
It I add 1200 it comes back to one in the cart. And if I add 7000 it shows 7 in the cart…
]]>The plugin hides the favicon from me there is something in the code that conflicts, the error website is funof.org
]]>Hi
The plugin appears to work fine when I set minimum price as an integer (e.g. £7) but if I set it as £7.50 it won’t add the product to the basket at the minimum price. It won’t allow 7.60 – 7.90 either. The first permitted price is the full £8.
It makes the process of purchasing illogical for a customer.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Dik
Aloha!
I recently installed the plugin on a client’s website because it’s one of the only free plugins to handle custom pricing and so far it’s been doing wonders.
There are two issues I’d like to point out tho. First one is the fact that activating the plugin breaks the head tag, because there’s a wp_nonce_field inside the head, which is invalid markup. If you search for “elex_cpp_ajax_nonce” you should be able to find it and as soon as you move it out of the wp_enqueue_scripts hook everything works again.
Second problem I’d like to point out is the fact that a bunch of dynamic strings in the plugin aren’t translateable. e.g. in /includes/elex-wfp-product-flexible-price.php
line 195:
wc_add_notice( __( 'Custom Price Cannot be less than ' . $product_min_price, 'elex_wfp_flexible_price_domain' ), 'error' );
Those strings should probably be wrapped in a sprintf and work with %s instead of being concatenated.
Thank you so much!
Felix
The plugin is showing the minimum price that I have set. That’s not what I want. How can I disable this? Or swap it into “name your price”
No problem to do this in the code.
I want to be able to enable the name your price option for some specific products so the option to name your don’t show up for all the products on my website.
Thanks
Hi
I want to use this to have a single donation product only.
I do not want it to appear on any other products.
When the plugin is activated it appears on all products.
Snaggy Screenshot
Is there any way to have this only active on one product?
BTW, I have disabled it at the moment as it isn’t good for customers to see this.

And is it possible to load these asset files when it needs them? instead of globally so it well helps to increase site performance.
Thank You
