Hi,
We are using the “Sequential Order Number for WooCommerce” WebToffee plugin for the sequential order number.
When we pass “{order_number}” within the email template, then it is not displaying the order number and displays only this “{order_number}” text within the email.
Could you let us know how to display the order number within the email template?
Let us know if you have any concerns.
Thanks,

can we include additional notes on email?

Hello,
I am trying to customize all the templates but I can’t get past the first two because every customization is lost. It doesn’t persist. I click save 50 times. I have cleared the caches multiple times. I have disabled non-essential plugins. Nothing works! Do you have any known plugin incompatibilities?
Thanks,
Angela
Hello, this plugin seems great to me but I find some things that don’t work well for me.
Within the content of my email it is printed with a QR code which arrives perfectly with WooCommerce, when using this plugin the email arrives without the QR, therefore I believe that they are not taking or receiving all the parameters that arrive from the original email. How can I print the QR, can you help me?
“Hello! I have prepared a template for processing orders, now I want to copy it to all the others and make small changes, so I don’t have to start from scratch with every template, how can I do this?”
Hi. I like this plugin. I like it that I can use simple code in text to beautify links and that works flawlessly. But… when I use a placeholder link, like {set_password_url}, I cannot change it’s default blue color. I tried {set_password_url} but that doesn’t work. I use Hello theme with Elementor, so no solution there. Can you help?
{set_password_url} does not work either and is pretty important.

Test emails come through just fine, but I’ve noticed some of the links are in purple. Is there a way to change those to my brand colors?
I’ve already submitted a ticket via ThemeHigh.
I’m eager to get this resolved asap.
Thank you
I am unable to use the preview feature feature in the editor of the free version (v2.6.1) as it is not pulling in recent orders from WooCommerce. The localized javascript output contains zero orders which is incorrect because there are plenty of orders to choose from.
Looking at the code, it all comes back to classes/inc/class-wecmf-email-customizer-utils.php:get_woo_orders() not returning any results. Looking at that code, it seems it is still looking for orders in the wp_posts table with a post type of ‘shop_order’. This is no longer true as orders are now contained in the wp_wc_orders table (with a post_type meta carry over as ‘shop_order_placeholder’. This enhancement was called the High Performance Order Storage and was initially released in Woo 7.1 and made default in 8.x.
More info about the change made by WooCommerce can be found here: https://developer.woo.com/2022/10/11/hpos-upgrade-faqs/

I have been trying to set up the new order confirmation email and completed order email without success. I keep receiving the completed order email when a new order is placed. I have also been changing the sender email address without success. it keeps defaulting to the hosting email.

Is there a way you can add a column on the email so it calculates the total
for each item? Ex: 7 x $11.45 is $80.15
Then have a total for all items shown at bottom? So $80.15 + $47.00
=$127.15 (with note stating “Tax, if applicable, and freight are added to
an order)
thanks a lot for your wonderful plugin
We are using the Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/bp-custom-order-status-for-woocommerce/ that let us add custom status to orders but also e-mails related to those status, but sadly the “email template” that appear now on woocoomerce settings email tab are not visible inside your plugin. Any chance to add this possibility ?
I want to show the coupon details too in the order email. How can I achieve this by using your plugin..
Waiting for your response.
Thanks.
I see in your support forum this issue was mentioned before but there is no solution.
When we open the email client on iPhone mail… it shows the source code in content expert in the email list… see attached screenshot https://snipboard.io/P8L4CS.jpg
Kindly advise a fix…
The font of the order summary block doesn’t change. It stays in lato and doesnt change to the one that we put it, like Arial.
Can we also adjust the details in the order summary block? Get rid of pictures and especially the SKUs?
