Hi, I’m receiving notifications from Wordfence that this plugin has been abandoned. Can you please let me know if this plugin is still being supported and monitored for security changes that may be needed?

After activating the plugin and changing the order processing email text, new order emails that arrive do not contain phone and email information in them. Still have not been able to find how to revert this change (deactivating and deleting the plugin did not work)

I am getting a Wordfence notification about an abandoned plugin, and I see the notice here on the plugin page that the plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress andmay no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

Given that you, Maeve, joined Automattic as a Technical Account Engineer in 2018, I am as sure as I can be in the uncertain world, that either the plugin is still OK to use, or you can update it.

Could I respectfully draw this to your attention and ask what the situation is? I find this plugin immeasurably useful.

Hello. Installed your plugin to change the outgoing email-messages for a client. Changing the messages worked fine, but the confirmation mail template doesn’t work afterwords.
Prints: “Notice: WC_Order::email_order_items_table it outdated since last version”-message” 3 times in the mail (details can be provided if you want).
All other messages seems to work. I have disabled the plugin, and it seems a different mail-template (the default one) is now the active one, but the same messages still appaer. Please advice on how I can correct this problem.

The email I edit by the plug in full screen work great.
But in mobile view no good.
Is there a way to change the Mobile view.
The customer get email with Display cut Of the order.

Any chance that these templates get fixed anytime soon? Otherwise this really useful plugin gets useless…

I can only seem to edit a small percentage of the emails using this plugin. On some of them the email text box doesn’t appear

This looks like a great plugin. I just installed it and gave it a try. Unfortunately I end up getting a notice for almost all emails.
Notice: WC_Order::email_order_items_table is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 3.0! Use wc_get_email_order_items instead. It’s /theme-xxx/woocommerce/emails/email-order-items.php that triggers the error.

I’ve also encountered the issue reported by others regarding the reset password link. It looks like _e( 'Click here to reset your password', 'woocommerce' ) isn’t working correctly.

Tested with Woocommerce 3.2.3 and 3.2.6.

When the plugin is activated my customers do not get an email when they create a new account, that is the only email that does not send at all

Great plugin, work perfect!

However when I want to resend emails manually to customers via the order page of the customer it seems that those email don’t reach the customers.

I tested it myself with a dummy account customer and again I dont receive emails when doing manually. When disabeling this plugin it starts to work again.

Please help. What could be the problem here?

Hi Guys,

when somebody has forgotten their password and they ask for a password reset. In the e-mail they receive there is no link to reset the password.

We are using the latest version of the plugin.

Use your plugin – love it. Except a tiny little problem. The password reset link does not show up when customer request a password change.

Have looked into the file structure, and tried to change < for ( but not working. Seams to be something with the shortcode.

Please help ??

The plugin was working great until a recent update. Now emails are not sending. When I deactivate the plugin all emails are sending. There must be an issue with the plugin.

I’ve tailed my error logs and nothing shows up, so it’s not an exception but it might be a filter returning an unexpected variable?

Wish I could be of more help, but I know it’s the plugin blocking emails.

thank you for sharing this Plug-In. Really great! We’d like to place a Text with multiple paragraphs in the E-Mail. Therefore we’d like to insert some HTML-Text. Is that possible or do you habe any ideas how to do it?
