I am having problems in embedding a custom donations form to our website. I have tried to follow the instructions given in:

With the only difference being the Custom HTML widget of the elementor. The result is that I can see the form when I login and view the webpage as admin. Otherwise, when I visit the website with a browser and view the webpage, I am not able to see the custom donations form embedded in the webpage.

I repeated the procedure by using the shortcode procedure, which resulted in the same symptom. What am I missing?

Any help would be very appreciated.
