How is possible to integrate this plugin with a feature of a theme in which I’d like that body backgroud-image must change every 5 minutes or something like this?

I’ve installed Mediapicker, and I don’t have those extra options at the top of the listing. I’m going blind with the thumbnail sizes in Media Library.
