I have a PRO licence.
I have a problem with transients with the plugin. When I activate the plugin, I have 300000 transients or more within a few days. This causes the database to fail.
Is this a known problem?

I got the critical error issue after our hosting site updated the php. I know it’s this plugin because network deactivating it stopped the error, and when I tried to reactivate it, it said the plugin gave a critical error. Will there be a fix for this eventually?
Came back to add – this is PHP 8.2 it’s not working with, this is also a multisite and the issue initially seemed to only affect the subsites (which is why I was able to network deactivate it).

Despite not having this checkbox checked:
links generated from the [glossary] shortcode are opening in a new window and there is no attribute that I can find to add a different value to get around this.
Also, the output of the HTML for the glossary term links is doubled up, generating an empty anchor tag everywhere a glossary link is added:

I just installed your plugin in a website using Blocksy theme.
When I activated it, I had an alert saying it could not be activated, although it was. Switched on debug mode to check if any problem was mentionned and no error message. (at least not on all pages)
then I added a first term, displayed it, and used the given link to Glossary index page, and there I had this message :

But after a recent update they can no longer access the glossary items to edit them, or add new ones.
I’ve checked their permissions using “User Role Editor” and they still have all 11 of the CM Tooltip Glossary permissions applied to their account role:

I’m having problems with your plugin, in particular with the shortcode to exclude part of the posts from displaying the links to the glossary.
When I insert the shortcode [glossary_exclude]…[/glossary_exclude] into posts, the page displays incorrectly as in the attached link. If I then remove the shortcode and put it back, the page displays correctly again.

I am so far using the free version, which I have liked so far. However, I wanted to add audio besides my words, as they are in a foreign language, and wanted to know if it is worth getting the Econmerce package to do so. My questions are:
1) is it easy to add audio for someone with limited knowledge of complex systems
2) Is it worth me paying for the ecommerce package
3) Is it easy and quick for people to playback these words’ audio recordings?
If anyone has any information at all about the audio features, please do let me know.

]]>Hi, I’ve discovered that the global section with contact form causes an endless reload loop on the glossary page only
I’ve tried hiding the global section from this page, it doesn’t help. The page will still keep reloading.
Disabling the global section with form solves the problem immediately. Replacing it with another global section without form works fine. The issue happens both on desktop and mobile.
Please advise what is causing this and how I can resolve it? This is a critical bug. The site is not live, please supply an email address so I can share the password to access the website so you can see what’s happening.

By default there’s a big “CM Tooltop – Disables” panel in the WordPress editor whenever I edit a post or page.
The problem is that this panel shows up for all users who are able to edit posts/pages. I do not want those users to be able to change how tooltips appear, and many of them may get confused by this as it is a very large panel that appears in a prominent place and makes it harder to see the important panels like Publish.
I know they can hide it, but I don’t want these users to have access to change the settings at all.
Is there any way to block this panel by default for specific user roles?
