Unfortunately I had the same problem. Setup Mautic for WC, then went to connect Site Kit and on redirection it drops into the Mautic for WC setup page. Tried three times.
Disabled Mautic for WC and the redirect worked properly allowed SiteKit to complete setup.
I am using the pro integration and all seems to be working properly.
However, only new contacts are tagged with the products and categories they have bought.
If i use the “One click sync” function to sync older customers, they get synced but only have the tag “woocommerce”, and not the category- and product tags.
Am i missing something, or does the “One click sync” function simply not sync these tags?

even clearing the cache and changing the permission didn’t work. I still tried again deleting the plugin and deleting the plugin database and some data in wp_option and redoing the whole process, but even after accepting the permission the page goes back to the same place and still doesn’t release the custom fields. I’m using mautic version 4.0.1 and the plugin is at version 2.2.0
Hi I want to know if this integration can sync guest visitors with a canceled order status or only works for registered visitors?

I only have the user role, last order status and last order number fields created for synchronization.
With instant synchronization.
The log tells me in each integration: response: code 403 message Forbidden.
]]>When we try to connect with Google services, the plugin Integration with Mautic for WooCommerce hijacks the callback authorization from Google and instead of opening Site Kit’s page, it opens IMW page.
We have to disable IMW to do the connection and then turn it on again.
Would this be the only possible conflict? What do you guys think?

Actually I manually change the stage to “Customer” after they buy something and I would like to automate the process.

]]>After every 3-4 days, it gives me the warning in woocommerce to Re-Athortize the plugin with Mautic API. and During that, it does not sync the data.
Unless, someone notice by login in the woocommerce, this issue keeps going.
Is there any solution to that?

I’ve just installed this plugin. I’ve created the API key and authorized the access.
However, after authorizing, it keeps returning to the same screen (Please click the button to authorize with Mautic). If I click authorize again, it keeps always on the same page.
No errors on screen or console.

I made all the configurations and it worked correctly.
Suddenly I stopped updating the custom fields and the email contacts.
All it does is add the custom fields to the contacts with the “Nil” value.

Extra data: I think there are custom fields that are “required” but I did not create them in the beginning because the connection failed.

Then I created only the ones I needed and it worked. Then I created one more and it does not work anymore.

We have all setup according to the instructions.
Custom contact fields are created.
However nothing is happening.
We have new WooCommerce users and transactions but nothing gets reflected in Mautic.
Any suggestions how to troubleshoot. Or we are missing something.

]]>As soon as I get to the custom fields step, none of the fields are created automatically and then when I click the “create” button I get the following error “Create” custom field error: “Something went wrong, please try again later!”
Please provide more thorough documentation and code in some more useful error messages, please!
