I can’t use the plugin, it gives errors and the support doesn’t reply since days. I had to change plugin because that bug was a damage to our client.

There are several instagram feed plugins, but this is the BEST. Very easy to use and customize. A few click and you have your instagram feed on your website. The support is also great, providing solution at light speed.

We tried several other plugins before finding we could get exactly what we needed from this one. Even the free version was great to experiment with, but we upgraded anyway because the price was so reasonable and there’s a lot extra in the premium release.
The latest version has excellent display options, and is very easy to use. When we needed support, the team was quick to respond, easy to work with, and we’d recommend the plugin very highly.

I support fair amount of wordpress sites but no plugin has given me amount of headache this plugin does. My client uses premium version of the plugin, and it breaks the site at least once every couple months. Recommending my client to look for alternative in 2021 instead of paying for another year.
1. No automated updates from wordpress dashboard. You have to go to author website and download new version and install manually.
2. Loses connection to instagram account on regular basis. Huge pain to discover it when doing weekly site update and having to bother the client to re-authorize it again.
3. Support is very slow answering questions.

Support is horrible and pics and chooses what to respond to although the issues are valid and reproducible.
Having to reconnect to get the images to show is not a solution but a workaround.
This plugin not working on other browsers is an issue.
The plugin not even responding about testing in WP 5.5.1. is an isssue..

After having spent a lot of time searching for the best plugin able to modify in a simple and quick way, finally I got ENJOY plugin!
I really sugget it for someone who is making some business through social media content or just for having fun.. Once I appreciated the support by administrator who was clear with a tempestive interface and now the function of this plugin is part of my daily job!
I will share it with my collegues because it is easy and intuitive to use with a clean grab, don’t need to be a developer and put your hands on the code but with a click everything is on your pocket, that’s why I love it!

I tried 4 different plugins. All I wanted was to create an instagram carousel at the bottom of my page. I was trying to fit grid views into what I wanted, untill I downloaded this plugin and I found out that all I wanted was already implemented and easy to embed in my website. Took me 2 minutes to do it, I wish I did this since the beginning instead of wasting time with the others.

I had purchased this plugin and it didn’t work out of the box. I spent a couple of hours troubleshooting to no avail. It eventually started working on its own but after i had already spent a few hours fiddling with it. In addition, I tried to contact customer support for a billing issue and they took over 1 week to respond. They resolved my billing issue but gave me some attitude about it.
I’m giving this plugin 3 stars because it functions. I took away two stars because it didn’t work out of the box, support was slow, and they gave me attitude.
