In the plugin FAQ, there is this post. I was hoping to find an example of implementing this plugin with a CPT, for example WooCommerce products.
Unfortunately the link 404s now. Is there an updated link or another source for this example? Thanks!
]]>By default, only posts and pages have the override meta box available. To add it to other post types, you can use the ‘enss-override-post-types’ filter. The filter gets passed an array of supported post types. To add one, you can just append the post type to the array, then return the modified array. See this issue for an example of how to implement this.
After activation of given plugin how can i add these plugin to my wordpress theme.
what are hooks which can help me to do it?
Hi School boy question where are the overlay options found?
Thanks

]]>Hello, I had a few questions:
1) Am I suppose to put this code in a particular place in the post or page? I created a slide and I just see the rotating loading page. Is it not plug and play?
2) What is the point of the categories? This seems to be a different category from the post categories.
Thanks!
]]>I am willing to put different slides on different pages. Is there any way to put different slides based on category in different templates. I see there is an option to categorize the slides but is there any way I could put up the category based slides individually in templates or page in general.

]]>I cant seem to find a way to add the slides to a post.
The override function works here, but thats only good for 1 image.
Is there a shortcode or how can i add the slides that i created in the main menu?
Hi guys, thanks for this plugin.
I can’t figure out the way to include images, plugin is activated and what I only got is the black background colour although I tried many ways to include images even in creatin galleries or overriding with online images, just to test, no success…
I just don’t know how to handle this.
Any help ?
Thanks
]]>What I want to do is to reduce the size (height/width) of the slide show to make it fit to the top of the vertical phone window (ie background-size: contain, though I know it doesn’t use it as a background). The rest of the content on that page will appear below the slide show on the phone screen. Same for all other iterations of “small” devices. I can work out the media queries but I’m just not sure what selector I would be targeting.
]]>Hi there, in a Genesis framework site images display with a layer of tiny black dots over the top. Is it meant to be like that? Here’s an example: https://facttactic.co.nz/web-content/
Thanks heaps in advance if you are able to look at this
]]>Thanks again for this great plugin. I went to use it in a new project today and thought it might be useful to use this plugin for a certain div, for example the content area but not the header and nav. Something to consider down the line perhaps. Cheers!
]]>I would like to know if anyone is having the same problem as me regarding black borders on top-bottom of the supersized featured imaged?
Sometimes background images consume all the window area and sometimes they do not (a black background is displayed). My images have all the same height, should i go for all having the same width?
The black background is always shown when viewing the page on mobile versions. Is there a way to define responsive featured images for non-desktop browsers?
I would like to use this plugin only in header part, is it possible? and if it’s yes, how can I do it?
Thank you very much
]]>please advice, I want to put it on template for a special page.
background override works for 1 image only.
thanks.

]]>First off, this is a great plugin!
Please see this page currently in development: https://bit.ly/1cWGO9l
Basically, this is the page for ‘blog posts’ as set in the Reading settings. For some reason the photo, which works on other pages like the ‘products’ page, does not work for this page. The loading spinner displays but the image fails to load.
I would appreciate any insight you might have on this issue. Thanks for your time.

Just wondering if there is a way to add HTML captions, or any plan to add this in a future release?

sorry but it seems i cannot enter name and email address in the contact form on your site (FF20.0 on MacOSX)
anyway, first of all thanks for the superb plugin: handling slides as post types is just what i needed, and the category taxonomy makes it superb.
one question though: once we’re able to sort slides through category, is there any way to select which category to show (without hacking core code, that is)?
also, is it possible for you to add controls over showing/hiding the control bar that appears at the bottom + navigation elements? i’ve managed to hide it hacking the css, but it’d be nice to have a switch in admin.
finally, are you planning to enable selecting which category to show where (homepage, post types, pages, etc…)?
