With Meebo shutting down in a month this would be a good time for Envolve Chat to take over. Maybe offer a one time charge and allow the buyer to host the private chat themselves.

]]>After many months of normal operation and following a server switch at envolve.com’s end to new IPs, the custom buddypress avatars have disappeared from our envolve chat bar (on subscription premium plan).
We have tried to whitelist the new IPs in firewalls etc., whithout any success. Hosting provider denied there is anything to be done at their end and Envolve’s support is unable to figure out any solution for this strange issue.
Wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
Please, advise!
]]>A few users of my site have already expressed concern that it tells other users where they live. I already removed the Country Flags from the chat with the account management settings, but on hvoering over someone it still displays location information.

]]>I notice that when I used this plugin with BuddyPress that the hover dialog text does not show. Meaning the hover box itself show, but the text inside of it does not. I tried this will all BuddyPress themes and it only worked with one of them and it is a theme that is not of my liking.
I also tried to deactivate all my plugins and that did not work either.
Does anyone know if there is some plugin or script conflict that could be causing this?

In my site’s page title (currently displaying in a tab on my browser), it’s continuously blinking “New Message,” even the only new message was one I wrote myself in an incognito window a few minutes ago and already deleted. How do I get it to stop telling me and other users that there is a “new message?”
]]>How about allowing us to reposition the chat line where we want it? I would rather it appear at the top of the sidebar so it doesn’t overlay information. Or maybe allow it to be minimized to a small box along the right margin but stay minimally active–just show new msg received for instance.

]]>I’ve double checked this issue. I cannot access PAGES while this plugin is activated on my blog. However, if I deactivate it, I have access to PAGES again.
I’m also running IFrame Embedder, mailto:staff, Registered Users Only, WordNote, and WordPress Mobile Edition – there is no conflict with these plugins that I can ascertain.

I installed this on two websites I have but it seems that it keeps auto-loading the page or that the page never finishes loading. This wound up causing an error with one of my site’s other plugins so I had to remove it.
However, I would like to keep it. Do you know why this might be happening?
