The problem is the following: When the package (free or paid) expires for a user, it is still written that the properties belonging to the package are ‘Public’ and appear when searching on the site. Only those packages can no longer be edited. Is there an option that those properties no longer appear on the search, that they are no longer public.

We have disabled all other plugins, updated your plugin together with WP, switched to a default/other theme, checked whether it may be a caching issue, etc. but nothing seems to solve this issue.

Hi there, I’m using the Property widget (Bakery Builder and Benna Theme) to display listings in the Layout grids on my Home Page, but despite the images being good, they are displayed in low quality on the widget. Each property page displays the image fine (and bigger). The issue is only on the home page using the widget. Any clues? Thanks!

I’ve set the Payment method to WooCommerce Payment Gateway and it’s working fine. The problem is, there’s no option for “Packages” to user the same WooCommerce Payment Gateway. Paypal, Stripe, or Wire Transfer only.

I made a real estate website adn everything was fine, but when I tried going into this one property, it would not load, it would just go loading for a while until it loads the page without the pictures, then it says on the bottom “There has been a critical error on this website.”. In order to use “Add ERE Real Estate Shortcodes” I first had to install the “Classic Editor” plugin, and then the button appears.

Can we import 2000 to 3000 properties using WP All Import Pro Plugin. I am trying to import new properties and also update existing via using this plugin but I am seeing it missed Price field and Floor Plans fields which is causing error on frontend.

Please let me know if there is a proper way to import new properties and update existing properties via this plugin.

Is there a way to turn off display of things like the property images? I just want to provide a list. I asked for it to show me list view but it insists on adding a blank ‘picture’ I set as the default.

Is there a way to add a custom field to the listing results page? I see it on the property page but can it be on the SRP?

Is there a way to remove the camera icon from the image placeholder on the front page or the SRP?

I am running Beyot theme with ERE plugin, there are a lot of broken elements on the pages. The latest ERE plugin is not compatible withe the latest WordPress version.
Theme is broken and is not compatible with their ERE.
CSS files are broken and or they do not load at all. What to do?

Hello, your plugin is fantastic but in an update it stopped showing my virtual tours that I had entered in Virtual Tour / Embedded code / Enter the code for the virtual tour (Embeded).

If I manually embed html on any other page using the same iframe to make sure my WordPress is loading the iframes it works fine.

My plugin version is 4.4.5. Any idea why it fails?

The Social Share Icon doesn’t show the Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp icons anymore. The functionality is working, but the icons are not showing. Same with the Favorites icon.
