during installation, I tried to add a new token, but I couldn’t because everything goes back to the initial setting. So it remains empty

There is a bug in the plugin, that is causing malfuction. With ETH native network works like a charm, but setting up Polygon or BSC doesn’t works.

On a close look on the debug log I have found this error:

complete_order: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: polygon.infura.io (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://polygon.infura.io/v3/051a6351b88348159034d3df6b3d5f6d

The plugin is calling not valid URL. “https://polygon.infura.io/”
The right URL for infura would be https://polygon-mainnet.infura.io/
Same happens with mumbai , the right URL would be: https://polygon-mumbai.infura.io/

As work around i ve tried changing the name on the blockchain, on admin settings from “polygon” to “polygon-mainet”, and it solve the wallet connection problem, since it is actually connection to infura. However this causes another issue, the plugin doesnt recognice this network.

Ive also tried hardcode the valid URL, but still with errors, the Currency balance it not loaded, so i cannot proceed with payments.

So basically its unnsable, untill is updated.

Hello. Polygon configuration possible just in pro version of plugin? In free I don`t see such settings.

I’ve setup the payment settings according to the tutorial video. Furthermore I’ve added the rinkeby Infura API endpoint like described. However the last final step which connects the wallet to the website fails. I can click the button “connect” on the Metamask symbol or WalletConnect as often as I want, they don’t change their appearance and I’m not passed on to the final payment option.

I’m using Brave + the new integrated Wallet. Maybe that’s the problem?
It’s also strange that I don’t get notification mails. Maybe I’ve messed up something in my WooCommerce settings?

I created a fresh new site and installed this plugin for payment accepting Ethereum, at first the “Pay with Eth” option is not showing on checkout page, but after some refreshing and changing the settings back and forth it appears at last.
However, when I logged in as a customer account and try to checkout, the payment option is not working, which when I hover on one of the payment option and clicked, it’s not responding.
But in Console Error:

I was trying to configure the Binance network and I have put in the next section “Ethereum Node JSON-RPC Endpoint” this address: bsc-dataseed.binance.org/ (I have not included https: //) and this has generated a critical error in wordpress and my website is down. I have managed to uninstall the plugin but when I reinstall it the error returns and I cannot access the plugin settings to change that part. Any ideas? Can I delete those settings from the server? Where they are located?

I am looking at developing a site which sells ERC20 tokens for ethereum.

Currently on the Rinkeby Testnet I am able to list the ERC20 tokens for the purchaser to use test ethereum to buy the token. The payment goes through using the woocommerce plugin and the payment transaction is succesfully written to the the Rinkeby Test net.

The problem I have is the the ERC20 token that has been purchased is not transferred to the purchasers wallet.

How does the ERC20 token get transferred once the payment has been recieved. Should the process take place automatically?

In my products page, I am only getting kanga.exchange as an option for dynamic price sourcing. I have not set up kanga, while I have e.g. coinmarketcap, but this is not showing.

I would like to use coinmarketcap as a source – I don’t know how to fill in the table for token data within the plug in and that may cause the problem.

Although the decimal value is 5 in the settings menu, the decimal part of the “ERC20 token” results appears as 2 digits on the payment screen. (Decimal setting for Ethereum is working correctly)

First of all great job mate. Your plugin is still one of a kind.

I have noticed this “Payment Failed, try to adjust gas” prompt each time I try to make a payment for > 1,000 tokens or more. For payments less than 1,000 tokens, it seems to work without difficulty, both on Ropsten and on Mainnet. Meanwhile I just updated my plugin to the latest released which claims to have removed the “gas settting”, yet I am still plagued with this issue bro.

Please advise, what can I do to remedy this situation?

I’m trying to make a purchase through my platform with my custom ERC20 token and I’m having issues making the payment after going through the woocommerce platform. Once I get onto the “your order has been received” page, I try to click on the Metamask section and nothing happens. I try the other option with the direct payment QR-code which opens a link to type in your own address, but upon copying the address in and clicking “OK”, nothing happens, again.

I have it set to the Ropsten testnet and I have my custom currency set up with the contract address inputted, but nothing is working. Cleared the cache and tried on another browser and nothing has fixed the non-responsiveness of the plugin.

I have everything configure. But keeps saying it needs more gas. When I up the gas fee in the plugin options. No matter how high I make the gase the transaction fails. Shouldn’t metamask pop up to change the gas?

I have installed ether and erc token payment-gateway plugn, but cant see ETH currency present in the currency list

I tested the plug in without issue using metamask.

On iPhone trying with trust wallet it will not work. I don’t see the deposit button like on chrome with meta.

I select the custom token from the drop down. All I get is a next button. I click it and a message says failed to deposit

What happens when a user deposits ETH or ERC20 token to the smart contract but doesn’t pay it?
Then the transaction remains incomplete. Will the tokens get transferred to the customer or can it be completed at a later time?
