]]>My API has been approved, but when I search for my shop name ALifeWithoutAbuse or alifewithoutabuse I don’t get anything. I see in the Change log 0.16 – there are the options to choose number of columns and thumbnail sizes – I tried adding columns=”3 to the shortcode… its not working. What is the way I would configure how many columns and larger thumbnail sizes?

I have been trying to get your plugin to work.
After waiting and then finally contacting etsy about approving the API, they did (I really don’t know if within etsy I filled out all the requests correctly..because Ive never done this before!)
I was excited to get the page going, I input all the info on the plugin setup, and try to go to my Shop page, and I get a critical error, when trying to update the page. :(..
Please assist in what I may not be doing right. Also, my clients Etsy page does not have a “Section”. What do I do? as when I took out that part of the shortcode, I get an argument empty result.

]]>I am using the Etsy Shop plugin to put my Etsy listings with my WordPress site.
I have 2 questions:
1. How long is it taking now (mid September 2022), to get the API approval from Etsy? (I have read that in March through May of this year it was taking weeks, even months.
2. When I applied for the API key, under shop/store name, I put in a store name that is different then what I named the store in Etsy. This is because I am in the process of rebranding. The new name of my store does include my last name. Will this meet Etsy’s requirements? Or are they looking for the store name on the application to match the Etsy store name?
The prices are well below the thumbnail and should be lined up with the word “available”. It’s hard to tell which thumbnail the price belongs to.

I’m having trouble with the setup stage. I’ve installed the plugin, created an API, and created two sections within my Etsy shop.
When I go to click on “Click here to start easily,” enter my shop name, and hit search, I get this message in step 3: ERROR: Etsy Shop: Your section ID is invalid.
After, I tried to manually put in a shop ID to my page on my website that looks like this:[etsy-shop shop_name=”WithCindyMarie” section_id=”38095857″]. When I go to check on the updated page, it is still blank.
