]]>We have an Eventbrite account for our Organisation. Within that the Organisers are our different brands/websites. We want to display only events by one specific Organiser but we can’t see that as a filtering option?

The plugin doesn’t work. The events don’t appear on the Events Feed page or on a page where the shortcode is added.
The Eventbrite API key has been added correctly and I have also tried to create some events to test the plugin, but to no avail.
I’m using WordPress 6.4.2 with its official WordPress theme: Twenty Twenty-Four. Maybe it’s not compatible as it says that this plugin has been tested for WordPress version up to 6.2.3?
Good morning ! Just a quick note to let you know that the “short date” element does not translate even when all the WordPress settings are in a language other than English.
For example my WordPress is in French, and it displays “Mon” instead of “Lun”.

What is the difference between “Professional” and “Lifetime” beside the payment period? As we understand, both are needed for the Pro features. But why do you specificly mention “extended functionality” for the “Professional”? What are those functionalities? Are they missing for the “Lifetime”?

in the last couple of days the api / private token is no longer accepted.
we follow the link on the settings page and copy the private token but its rejected.
“Invalid API key. Please enter a valid key.”
we have tried a couple of other eventbrite plugins and they connect ok
anything changed?

Not sure why this is happening. API key is correct.

Eventbrite Events display correct time on Eventbrite. The plugin displays events 4 hours earlier. This was correct until daylight savings time which for me is UTC-4. When I click on event details, the correct time is displayed.
