I started using the Plugin yesterday and actually like it.

There are some hiccups, where I believe that are inconvenient.

1. The countdown timer is not in the same timezone like the website. seems to be 4 hours (and 5 minutes) off. It is now 12:45 in GMT+2, the event is at 16:30 on 29.11 but it says 28d, 0h, 40m
2. Dropdowns for “number of Organisators” and “Button Type selection” do not work. Tried in Chrome, Firefox and Safari
3. Text in “docs” is black on black, can only read when highlighting it, but does not help with my hiccups.
4. It does not immediately update when i save the event and then reload the page to see the difference. seems to have a multi-hour lag.

Hope you can help me with this.

When you go to this page and click on any of the orange registration boxes at bottom of page you get a “fatal error” and this happens for the upcoming events and past events.

How do I fix this?

I have set up an event that appears on the website, people can register and receive confirmation their registration has been successful, but their registration is not listed on the visitors/attendees page

I have installed Event Monster and it works pretty well. However, the event registration form does not allow the usage of German special characters (like ?, ?, ü and ?). Is there any help with this? Users fail to register for events because of this.

Hi, I followed the steps to paste in the Google Map URL to display on the Google Maps. But I noticed the Map Marker disappears when viewed via your plugin. Am I missing some steps? The Map Markers shows on the Googlemap.com where I got my embedded URL from. Let me know. Thanks.

Also, even better if there’s a way to keep the circular border intact and status, instead of breaking up parts and then coming together after on the hour, etc. But I guess that’s part of the countdown function style, so if not, then it’s okay. But at least let me know how to change the border color. Thanks.

Any way to change that?

Hello,

After a successful registration there is a message that it is successful. But at first sight you can’t see anything, you need to scroll up to see the message. It seems that it shows the page on the coordinates from the submit button on the ticket registration form and doesn’t go to top of the page where the message is shown. I had many complains that the users could not see the message and so they refreshed the page after that and submitted a ticket again with double bookings as result. Could you please tell me how to resolve that ?

So cool plugin, love the timer.

1) I am unable to click on the registration section it just goes to a loop back to the same page the home page. I was able to register once, is it detecting IP address so I cant beta test

2) I am trying to load other events on the same page using different short codes but it is not showing the second one.

I am using elementor any hints from anyone or is there a pro service out there I can buy?

I use the plugin on a domain of mine and it works perfect.
1) I installed pluging for another domain, I had no issues but when I click the regristration button nothing happens. I tried to make changes, fill in other info etc… but all stay the same, I tried also other browser. Registration button does not work
2) The countdown does not show, no idea why that is.

I can’t find a way to translate the Auto Notification For Client. Words like “ORDER SUMMARY, QUANTITY, AMOUNT, AMOUNT PAYABLE” are not in the .PO/.MO files. where or how can I translate this?

I need a feature for users to pay with mycred.

What kind of emails are delivered with this plugin ‘Event Monster’. Configured all SMTP settings properly, still no email is delivered to attendee. Is there any way to do that.

I purchased the full version of Event Monster, to be able to take bookings with a ticket system.

Trying to add tickets in the Tickets section. I have 56 empty tickets that are un-editable.

If i try to add one i get the box to add but when i click the Create Ticket button, it disappears but no tickets in the list.

If i go to the we site and try and sign up for a ticket, i get the following message.

No ticket found. Please assign some tickets from settings page!

All help is gratefully received.
We need this to get our club to Covid Guidelines in 48 hours, so we are really stuck.

Can this plugin accept payments by PayPal Plus?

I created the event, pasted the shortcode in the page, saved, and then viewed and it shows a page not found error. Any ideas?

Hello, I’m using v.5.3.2 of WP with v.1.1.0 of EM and my problem is as follows:
– It does not show the thumbnail of the banner in the [EM] shortcode page when it is collapse, and when it is not too.
– It says the following warning next to the thumbnail image when collapsed:
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\event-monster\shortcode.php on line 249

And on the next line just above the full-size banner it says this when not collapsed:
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\event-monster\shortcode.php on line 277

The full-size banner is OK along with everything else. Just the thumbnail is missing. What should I do?
I do not have a real website and page to show because I’m still educating on this and it is my course project, so I use xampp to generate a virtual server.

We enabled the countdown feature and noticed that the “Seconds” is showing as “Secunde”. Everything else is showing in English as expected.

Is there a way to add additional form fields for the registration page? We would like to have the attendees respond to a few questions.

when registering to an event I have problem with validation of First and Last names. I need to use czech letters like ?,?,? etc. But this does not go through the validation.

Is it possible to change that or to turn off validation for these fields?
