I have an issue. I put multiples calendars on the same page, in differents tabs, to choose witch category is displayed.

But if i click on an event date in the first calendar, then i click on an event on the second, it’s bugged, like the modal is flashing and if i try to close the modal, i need to click on the exit button multiple of times.

I can’t link the page since its a stagging site with password.

But do you have any way to fix that ?

I see the plugin has been removed from www.ads-software.com “Pending Review”. Are you planning to bring it back or do I need to find a similar plugin to use?

I’m just getting started with Event Post, and I noticed something about the box marked “Address, as it will be displayed:” in the Locations editing panel. Here are steps to recreate the issue:

1. Make sure that the box marked Address, as it will be displayed: is empty, as it would be for a new post.
2. Next to GPS Coordinates, select Search/Edit.
3. Enter an address and press the Search icon.
4. Select a venue from the list. The text of the venue will appear in the box marked Address, as it will be displayed:
5. Click the Done button.
6. Now repeat steps 2 through 4, using a different address. When a new address is selected from the list, its text doesn’t replace the text in the Address, as it will be displayed:?box from last time.

It appears as though the text in this box has to be manually removed before attempting another search. It would be better if the newly-selected address could replace what’s already in this box.

The events’ plugin has been very helpful, but one of the organizations I use it with would like to create re-occurring events without making a new post each time. (in this case, the 3rd Sunday of each month).

Is reoccurring dates a feature you are planing to add to your plugin?

I would like to edit the generated address, for example:
Name <br />
Street <br /> Zip

I want this format for the timeline

How can I do this? Thank you for your support.

The [event_details] shortcode is not rendering the content on the page, so the HTML is showing.

I just updated WP to the latest version, 6.5.3, and then plugin is also the latest version at 5.9.5.

I tried a bunch of solutions, but nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas? ??

From the recent update events_cal is broken and just show HTML as showen in the image

Found many thousands of messages in debug.log at client website:

Legacy widgets have been deprecated. Consider using blocks instead.

Please remove the message or add a switch or filter to disable them.

Client runs a classic theme and will never be able to use blocks.

the Yoast support advised me tho contact you directly. When I look into the code of our customer’s WP page I can see that the whole text of an article shows up in the schema graph as “description”. We translate the page with an automated translation plugin and as this plugin also translates header texts, each post now is translated double (schema graph and post itself). So we need double quota for the translation. Our customer does not use meta descriptions due to the very large amount of posts. Why does the schema graph input does not fall back to the auto-generated Yoast meta description?

Running WP 6.5 with event-post version 5.9.3.

I have a problem where jquery loads after the js-file “event-timeline.js” on the frontend causing the classic jQuery not loaded error.

If I modify event-post/build/timeline/event-timeline.asset.php and add jquery as a dependency it works fine because your script is loaded after jquery.

I would suggest you incorporate this in future updates. This probably goes for all the “widgets”.

I have used the calendar shortcode, but for some reason the styling is a bit off on, and the navigation on the calendar( i.e arrows, year, today etc.) does not work.

A client has a calendar with hundreds of events and the calendar view becomes very slow to load when there are 30+ events in a month.

Using Query monitor that each query for every single event is done twice. Could you please investigate?

Bug in security fix in function column_edit_hidden_fields() in 5.9.0 causes incomplete/invalid output of hidden field HTML and also causes PHP warning:

depuis la dernière mise à jour d’event post, les articles de mon site ne fonctionnent plus :
Au lieu d’afficher un article, on voit une version allégée avec juste l’image et le titre, sans contenu.
De même je ne plus éditer les articles.

I am using [events_cal] shortcode to display the events calendar but when I click on the date, list of events does not appear as a popup

I have tried [events_cal choose=”true”] still no effect

This happned after updating from 5.8.5

The update ran on March 12, 2024 (new: version 5.9.1) and since then it has no longer worked for the mobile version – the menu can no longer be used/opened, it is still functional in the PC version.
I have deactivated the plugin (Event Post), everything can be operated (menu) as before, whether mobile or with a PC.

After last update my site crash.

Is it possible to change the format or the value for the custom field event_begin? If I type the format I want in the field it will read exactly what I typed instead of being dynamic and pulling the event start date from the post. Currently the format displays as 2024-03-15 14:00:00 but I would like it to display March 15, 2024 2:00 pm

For some reason 12 PM is missing from the dropdown. Help…

In the settings page, I am trying to change the schema layout for the “list settings”

However, when I chlick save, the page reloads, says the changes are saved but the box is blank and the change doesnt reflect on the front end.

We have installed the plugin. But our posts are not showing up on the calendar. You can see a list of our posts/blogs on that same page…. i looked at settings and couldn’t find anything out of the ordinary. Can you please assist ?
