]]>Hi,
I am implementing Event calendar and Event tickets for my client new page. During testing, at my own test page, I noticed that the order is always stuck o pending. Moreover, the ticket is newer send to customer email (I have read that this is also rather common issue.). I have fresh install of WordPress with Astra starter template and the few plugins that came with it. I configured stripe as payment provider with credit card and Klarna payments.
So I made a dummy event with 1€ ticket and purchased it with Klarna, and the payment was successful. Still WP dashboard shows the order at pending. Stripe console shows that:
Payment succeeded Nov 14, 2024, 9:38 PM
Payment started Nov 14, 2024, 9:38 PM
Theme: Astra
PHP: just upgraded the latest available PHP 8.2

A client who uses your plug-in is having an issue with customers purchasing tickets. The “Get Tickets” button is visible before adding tickets to their cart, but as soon as one or more tickets are added, the button is transparent. They can see it if they hover over it, but it is very confusing to most of their customers. I’m trying to track down the cause of the problem and not sure where this style rule is getting applied. I can see there is a style rule of background: transparent; applied to the class
“.entry .entry-content .event-tickets .tribe-tickets__attendee__fields__footer_checkout-button,.entry .entry-content .event-tickets .tribe-tickets__tickets-buy,.event-tickets .tribe-tickets__attendee__fields__footer_checkout-button,.event-tickets .tribe-tickets__tickets-buy“
Is this correct? I don’t see any settings in the plug-in’s back end where I can change this behavior.
]]>We are experiencing a "Checkout Unavailable!" issue on our ticket checkout page after integrating PayPal with the Event Tickets plugin on our staging site.
Screenshot. Here are the details:
Plugin: Event Tickets
Payment Gateway: PayPal (Sandbox Mode)
Site Environment: Staging
Issue:
When attempting to complete a ticket purchase through PayPal, the checkout page displays a "Checkout Unavailable!" message, preventing users from completing their transactions.
Steps We've Taken to Troubleshoot:
Verified PayPal Configuration: Double-checked that Sandbox mode is correctly set up in the plugin.
Cleared Cache: Cleared the cache and tested the checkout process in an incognito browser window to rule out caching issues.
Disabled Potentially Conflicting Plugins: Deactivated all plugins except for the Event Tickets and Events Calendar plugins to check for conflicts.
Switched to Default Theme: Temporarily activated a default theme to see if the issue was related to our current theme.
We have carefully configured all the necessary settings in the plugin, and everything appears to be correct on our end. Please refer to this recorded video for further details:?Link
After completing these steps, the issue remains unresolved. Please let us know if there are additional troubleshooting steps we should follow or if there’s any known solution for this issue.
We look forward to your guidance and assistance.

Hello!
I have created an event with The events calendar and I have created the tickets with the event tickets plugin, I have linked it with my Stripe account and apparently everything is well connected, however when I make a test purchase on the front end, after selecting the number of tickets and proceed to payment, I get an error on the ticket checkout page, I get the following: “Payment not available!
Checkout is not available at this time because a payment method has not been set up. Please notify the site administrator.” (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/6auVBqcgtlWs)
I don’t understand why I get this message when it is well linked to Stripe (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/sCnYK6umsAkU)
This is the URL of an event where you can see the error after selecting a couple of tickets and proceeding to the payment: https://hotelestela.com/event/el-gran-show-espectacularium-magic-andreu/
Please help with this, thanks!

]]>I have a site running PHP 8.2, TEC 6.8.1, Event Tickets 5.16.1. I have an event that I started off with an RSVP option. I then duplicated it for a similar second event and changed the RSVP to match the new event, and repeated for a total of 5 events. When I reviewed on the frontend each event has the previous events RSVPs plug its own. I then went through and used Edit RSVP > Remove RSVP for all events. On the Edit Event page it only showed what should be the correct event RSVP but I edited all events and removed all RSVPs. I saved and viewed on front end without any RSVP. Then I went to each event and readded the RSVP but it doesn’t start fresh and instead remembers the “removed” RSVP. Upon viewing on the front end each event still has multiple RSVPs from previous events and sometimes not even the correct RSVP for that event that is displayed on the edit page.
]]>The card field doesn’t show up so people can’t enter the payment info. It shows up when I am logged in but not when I am not logged in. It just looks like it isn’t loading. I thought it was an issue with WP Rocket at first but I turned WP Rocket off completely and it still is happening.
When you click purchase tickets without entering the card info since you can’t enter it you get a “Creating new Stripe order failed. Please try again.” error.
]]>I’m trying to connect Stripe to Ticket on the demo site, but the moment I connect, the account disconnects immediately. I’ve looked at all the support material, disabled everything, tested conflicts, etc., and nothing has worked. The Stripe event log says it was authorized, but then there’s another log deauthorizing it. I’m testing it so I can buy the plugin, which seems to be amazing, but with this problem I’m reevaluating the purchase. I searched and didn’t find any similar problems on the forums. Can you help me solve it so I can buy the plugin? Thanks for your attention and help.
]]>Hi,
so I’m not quite sure if I should ask this question here or in “The Events Calendar”‘s support forum, but starting here as it concerns RSVP.
On a site (not live) using Generate Press Pro, Gutenberg blocks, The Events Calendar (free) and Event Tickets (free), all running with the latest versions, I have the following annoying issue: No matter what I try, the strings in the RSVP box do not translate. E.g. “RSVP here” should translate to “Hier reservieren”, The “Going” button should translate to “Teilnehmen” and the count of participants should translate to “Teilnehmer”.
What I tried: I have uploaded the respective latest .mo. and .po files for both TEC and Event Tickets from https://translate.www.ads-software.com/ to languages/plugins, I have checked the strings translation in those files, and yes, for instance “Going” is definitely translated. I have uninstalled TEC and Events Tickets and installed them again. I have switched off all plugins to check for conflicts – no result. I have switched to Theme Twentytwentyfour – no result, RSVP still stubbornly shows those strings in English. Then I thought OK, so what, lets do it with a translate function in function.php:
function translate_text($translated) {
$translated = str_ireplace(‘RSVP here’, ‘Hier reservieren’, $translated); //
$translated = str_ireplace(‘Going’, ‘Teilnehmen’, $translated); //
return $translated;
}
which was half-successful because “RSVP here” gets translated while “Going” still does not.
What am I missing? Thanks for giving me any idea what to do next.
]]>I am getting the following error on the backend:
Stripe doesn’t support your selected currency
Unfortunately, Stripe doesn’t support payments in . Please try using a different gateway or adjusting your Tickets Commerce currency setting. You can see a list of supported currencies here.
My payments are set up with Stripe and set up with USD as the selected currency which is the first one on the list of approved currencies from Stripe.
I think the checkout seems to be working now but this message is just showing up in my WordPress dashboard.

]]>Hi,
The latest version of Event Ticket (event-tickets.5.16.1) creates an error with the latest version of the Divi builder.
Detailed error message: “Warning: Undefined array key “tec-tickets-vendor-babel” in /home/clients/ad5519009b2f527f9351c73f952f3a8c/web/etpourquoipasmaintenant/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/feature/JQueryBody.php on line 249″
Sharing my site won’t do much good because I had to reinstall the penultimate version of the plugin to remove the error (version event-tickets.5.15.0) but I’m sharing this problem to see if other Divi users have the same problem.
Thanks to all

Idea is I want to delete a ticket if the attendee info is updated and then reissue a new ticket with a new QR code and security code on the woo order
]]>I user Events Calendar and Ticket Events twice a year, last time was in June 2024 and there were no issues. I went to set up two events and their associated tickets for this December, and in my staging system when I tried to purchase a ticket I received “Checkout is not available at this time because a payment method has not been set up.” In settings I have test mode enabled, and successfully connected to my PayPal Sandbox account (as I’ve always done in the past.). I’m not sure why this is happening.
As I’ve built tickets before and had no problems and everything looked good (except I couldn’t test with PayPal Sandbox), I decided to take the risk, migrated my staging site to production, disconnected the Sandbox account (and turned off test mode), and connected to my live PayPal account. Ran a test, PayPal processed the transaction, but the order completed page showed the buyer as my WordPress logon email. And that email did indeed get the tickets. (To be clear, I entered my name and personal email on the screen before clicking the “buy tickets” button and I purchased with a credit card.)
Any help or advice on either of these problems would be helpful. I don’t know if they are related, and other than keeping plugins updated on my websites I’ve not made any (intentional) changes. The most pressing problem is not having the tickets sent to the person buying the ticket, nor not having any idea who bought them (the attendees and orders screen shows my WordPress email as they buyer/attendee).
]]>Anybody have an idea how i could do the following ;
User A buys ticket
User A changes attendee email and name
above two points are available as is in Event Tickets but for security reasons I am trying to the following
User B receives pdf ticket via mail with a NEW ticket security code and QRcode
User B is then registered as the purchaser for the related woocommerce order (this prevents the original purchaser from reselling his ticket again)
Hi everyone!

]]>I need to export the information for both the registration form I added in Attendee Information and the checkout form that I enter during checkout in WooCommerce to a single CSV file, how can I do this?
In addition, I need to be able to export the WooCommerce checkout information added with the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” plugin.
The other export plugins do not export the Attendee Information information and the Event Tickets and Registration export does not export the WooCommerce checkout information.
Ideally, I would like to be able to export the Attendee Information information with the WC Google Sheet Connector, as I plan to use real-time exporting with the WC Google Sheet Connector.
If that is not possible, I can compromise by having the WooCommerce checkout information exported in the Event Tickets and Registration export.
The export plugin we used is “Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce” and we have not tried others.
Best regards.
