I’m having some serious issues with the Events Manager Pro plugin.

Every time a customer is using an email-adress for the booking which has already been used somewhen in the past (f.e. a business mail address like info@…} the name of the old user is overwritten with the new contact informations of the latest user. This includes phone number and everything else. Is there any way, to book a user into the event with the same mail address and different user informations?

Hi guys!

I have installed a plugin called “Events Manager Pro”.

How can I grant non-admin users access to the plugin (or any plugin in general)? I have tried AAM but the plugin doesn’t seem to be compatible with AAM.

When I tried to change anything in the code I got error messages!

I’ve installed Events Manager and Events Manager Pro (since 2012). All I want is to send all ATTENDEES an email reminder. The reminder tests I’ve sent have not been received. Can you help me troubleshoot this? Is this plugin still being supported?

For some reason my booking isn′t syncing properly.
I receive the payment in Paypal but in my Event Manager it looks like nothing has happened. It says that I have no bookings and there are no transactions. Please help me!

I love the idea of this plugin! I installed and can see how to send emails in the admin area. Have you considered how to add this option to the front-end for event creators? Also, the events list can be extensive and would be nice to have dates also included on the list or an option to only list current events.

Such a great idea! Just needs a little bit more…Hope you will add a few more options or find way to integrate with Events Manager Pro directly.

This plugin is expected to do exactly what I need – to send e-mails to my attendees. I have installed Events Manager and Events Manager Pro. They send mail to the attendees and to manager. I installed Events Manager Pro extended and found Reminder Email under Tools. I made two bookings and approved them, and tried to send reminder. But it does not send anything.
