It is not working as it should.
If you like a comment, then dislike it, then re-use the dislike button, then like it again and repeat you can increase the like number, or you can do the same but the way around to decrease the like number.

As there isn’t a simple feature to let registered-users see other registered-users who have liked or disliked their comment just like on facbook so it’s Not really different from other comment like/dislike plugins
