We’ve been alerted to an XSS vulnerability on our client’s site caused by the OptiMonk plugin. By appending URL parameters like the following to a WordPress page using the OptiMonk plugin:

You will get broken adapter output written to the response in the footer (which appears to the visitor) and unescaped paramaters in the javascript:

I just ran a speed test analysis on my website. One of the warnings was about this plugin:

The following HTTP codes were returned:

404 (Not Found):
https://www.genevaphotoclub.com/wp-content/plugins/exit-intent-popups-by-optimonk/data-provider.php

This file doesn’t exist but the plugin tries to find it. Could you fix this?

Currently PHP session is starting on each page load and it will create the problem for the Page caching so can it possible to modified plugin so that session will be start only if necessary instead of each page load.

Hi … I intend to buy this plugin. However, I have a doubt. I am using a classified theme for wordpress where a user posts an ad and the last step/page is to make a payment. I want to have an intent to leave pop-up on this page so that I can offer discount to the user who wishes to exit this page.

Now, the problem is that this is not a real wordpress page (though within WP). It seems to be auto generated. Like https://www.yoursite.com/order/9312890 How can I use this plugin to my benefit ?
