OptiMonk is the first time I felt the balance between ease of use, beginner-friendly, and high-performance lead generation tools and features. Despite being feature-rich, the product is designed to be as beginner friendly as possible.
And unlike many of its competitors, the OptiMonk free plan offers sufficient features to help beginners build leads without the high cost. And customer support is just one of the reasons I’m giving this review.
The first time I had an issue that needed to be resolved, the support rep went as far as making a real-time loom video recording to communicate and help provide a solution to my unique case. That’s awesome.

Every now and then you stumble across a complete diamond that put other tech providers to shame. Not only is the system, user friendly, very intuitive, and a dream to implement (you literally can have it integrated and your first campaign up in a matter of minutes!) but the support is A class. Our optimisation plug in uses deferred loading, and the support team spotted the issue within a few minutes, sent me the files that needed excluding from the deferring, and boom. Working perfectly.
