Hello,
Best wishes for the new year!
I have exported the list of users by using your plugin.
In the exported csv file, the old email address of a particular user is exported. The updated email address has not been exporting. Refer to this screen shot of the Excel sheet row #64.
I have checked the database entry of that user, where it is showing the correct email address. Refer to this screen shot of the user detail in the MySQL database.
I have no way of knowing whether your plugin is exporting updated data of all users.
Can you help?
Hi:
I’m getting an extra line break at the top of the generated file (csv or excel, same problem). Excel “doesn’t recognize” the format of the file…
Any idea about what could be the problem?
Thanks…
]]>Hi team! thank you for this amazing plugin!
Is there a hook or custom capacity that i could use to let my custom role user export the files?
thanks in advance!
Is the plugin compatible with PHP 8? I couldn’t see any issues in support threads but I don’t have a test environment handy.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
when i’m going to your plugin administration, i can only select User Meta Fields , but i can’t see option “BP xprofile fields” to select them.
You can see this in this screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hRmmCIpZguvfig-usBb9e9BikZJbxAzU/view?usp=sharing
I have try it into buddypress 7.3.0 and 8.00 using WordPress 5.8.2 .
What’s the problem?

Last tow question, is there a way to

Hi
I noticed there is two language file in this plugin . french and spanish.
but changing site language to these two language, don’t change plugin language.
The next release of EUD is available for testing on GitHub: https://github.com/qstudio/export-user-data

* Update: Tested on WP 5.6

]]>hello and good day
first of all:; i hope youre all right and everything goes well at your site;:
I’m currently working on a parser to make a small preview on the newest plugins in wordpress. at the moment i think i work from a URL given out of the range of these: https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/browse/popular/ – let us say the first 30 to 40 URL-pages.
I’d like to retrieve only the title of the page and https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-job-manager and https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ninja-forms and – let us say the most popular wp-plugins:
a little chunk of information (a bit of text)
The project: for a list of meta-data of popular wordpress-plugins (cf. https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/browse/popular/ and gathering the first 50 URLs – that are
50 plugins which are of interest! The challenge is: i want to fetch meta-data of all the existing plugins.
What i subsequently want to filter out after the fetch is – those plugins that have the newest timestamp
– that are updated (most) recently. It is all aobut acutality…
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-job-manager
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ninja-forms
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/participants-database ….and so on and so forth.
see the source: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-job-manager/ we have the following set of meta-data for each wordpress-plugin:
Version: 1.9.5.12
installations: 10,000+
WordPress Version: 5.0 or higher
Tested up to: 5.4 PHP
Version: 5.6 or higher

but as i saw today: there we have a api that can be used for this purpose too: the WordPress-Plugins-API
cf: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/functions/plugins_api/
Browse: Home / Reference / Functions / plugins_api()
plugins_api( string $action, array|object $args = array() )
Retrieves plugin installer pages from the www.ads-software.com Plugins API.
Description #Description
It is possible for a plugin to override the Plugin API result with three filters. Assume this is for plugins, which can extend on the Plugin Info to offer more choices. This is very powerful and must be used with care when overriding the filters. The first filter, ‘plugins_api_args’, is for the args and gives the action as the second parameter. The hook for ‘plugins_api_args’ must ensure that an object is returned. The second filter, ‘plugins_api’, allows a plugin to override the www.ads-software.com Plugin Installation API entirely. If $action is ‘query_plugins’ or ‘plugin_information’, an object MUST be passed. If $action is ‘hot_tags’ or ‘hot_categories’, an array MUST be passed. Finally, the third filter, ‘plugins_api_result’, makes it possible to filter the response object or array, depending on the $action type.
Supported arguments per action
(object|array|WP_Error) Response object or array on success, WP_Error on failure. See the function reference article for more information on the make-up of possible return values depending on the value of $action.
well – i guess i can use this API for the above mentioned aims too?
look forward to hear from you

yours Apolloman- that is happy about the new

xProfile fields are not showing in the plugin, does this work with latest version of buddypress?

Hey Team,
first of all: Great plugin, thanks a lot!
We’re several admins for one page. I’ve created a download template via stored options. But it seems like this is only saved/accessible for my account, as the others don’t see this template in the dropdown menu. How can I make it accessible to all admins?
Thanks and best
Marc
Hello,
i didn’t find any information about GDPR compliance. Do you consider the plugin (Export User Data) as GDPR compliant? Does the plugin collect any data? From my point of view it’s a pure admin tool with no immidiate connection to the user. Can you confirm that? Thanks for a relating statement!
Regards, Harry
When running an export (about 150 users) I get:
This site can’t be reached
The webpage at https://……./wp-admin/users.php?page=export-user-data might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE
The WP debug log states only:
EUD XProfile Accessible – Q_Export_User_Data::generate_data() n:0
I can’t seem to find anything in the forums (or Goog) on how to solve this issue. FYI my client is using GoDaddy managed WordPress.
