Just installed and setting this plugin up (free version) and it won’t let me create a new feed. When I click “create feed” it takes me to “account” and I run the set up with my Amazon seller account. When it’s done, it takes me to the blank account page and wants to do the set up again… just does this over and over and won’t let me create a feed.

I installed the plugin and I can no longer log in to wp-admin

When I try to connect the plugin to Amazon using the credentials provided in the plugin.

Hi, we’re using the add-on to include / exclude SKUs from https://www.exportfeed.com/documentation/include-or-exclude-skus/ but we’re getting:

Error: Rule “includeSku” not found. Reconfigure Advanced Commands to resolve.

Can you advise what we’re doing wrong? We’re running on WP multisite, with both plugins active. The rule has been added as
rule includeSku()

In the plugin description it says – After installing this plugin, you will be able to either create product feed of your WooCommerce products or select products from your WooCommerce and upload directly to your Amazon seller account.

I’m interested in the part you said – “select products to upload directly”. Can I upload one product at a time or just upload a couple of different products singularly? Do they have to be a category?

I love your plugin, but I can’t unfortunately use it. I got a message from the plugin saying “PHP time limit : 300 Required 512+”.

But my host provider blocked my PHP time limit to 300. Is there any way to lower the required PHP time limit in your plugin?

Please inform about Amazon India seller account compatibility. I want to just sync inventory between woocommerce and Amazon India to prevent oversell.

We are getting internal server error on the API URL – https://apis.exportfeed.com/get-variations

This error comes up when we select the Feed product type in the admin.

She use the last version for WooCommerce.

I’ve already found one error on 3.1.0.8 version, in Amazon_Orders.php line 61 you use $order->order_id in $order the correct key was $order->AmazonOrderId.

I think you may replace this, no?

After 2 months I bought the Premium version stil I didn’t export my feed to Amazon. Arpan from support keeps postponing the fix and doesn’t reply anymore. I feel like I was robbed because nothing happened and we paid both plugin and Amazon Pro.

Hi, I downloaded this plug in to link our website stock to Amazon Australia marketplace. (using woocommerce). It says that the plug in is set up for Amazon Australia but after installing it says “we are still working on Amazon Australian connection for direct product uploads and sync features. Please click the save button to create your product feed for amazon Australia and upload the product feed to your seller centre. We’ll notify you once we release the direct upload feed feature for Amazon Australia’. Does that mean it wont sync our stock levels either?

I was after fetching WC categories, the next step was to fetch Amazon categories I would list in, unfortunately, it returns a blank page. Tried the whole day it won’t load Amazon categories

Can you please remove an error reporting script on amozon_main.php file.

Hi, is your Amazon plugin compatible with WooCommerce Dropshippers? Ie does the functionality run through my website or standalone? When an order happens on my website, an email is fired off to my dropshippers, who then dispatch the order directly to the customer, and I see the order progress in my orders dashboard. Would this process be intact if I use the Amazon plugin? Thanks so much!

We are trying to create a product feed which exports our products to Amazon as books (Book category). But after creating an account and setting up all credentials, when creating a new feed, it does not show us the books category in Amazon german marketplace categories. Can you explain why the books category is not shown?
