I’m trying to use an external image link for featured post image with this plugin. But the image is not showing up on my masonry post. I’m not sure if I’m using it correctly.

is there anyway that plugin automatically find image in post body like tag as use as featured image?

When opting to export posts, how will the URL reference be saved? Will it be included in the XML export as a custom field?

Is it possible to use a custom shortcode (self-coded or generated via Shortcodes Ultimate plugin) instead of a URL? I’ve got my images self-hosted but in a custom location and I really hate uploading them via media browser to be able to access them. I’de rather just create a shortcode what would use a set of rules to generate a proper url for the feature image for a given post.

I’m looking for this feature for my blog, but for some reason, when I show the recent posts widget, the image shows full size instead of the thumbnail.

i would like to thank you first for the great plugin , so i have the plugin installed on my website every thing works fine from reseizing thumbnail the reason why i chosed this plugin . facebook featured post doesnt load on sharing , the post thumbnail is blank or from another post . if you can fix this problem it will be great .
