hi! i have a question concerning the pro version of the plugin. I sell custom caricatures and I would like to customise the product variants. I would need these options:

1) variant selection with image and variant name (not in the product image but just in the selection)
2) drop-down menu with the different variants
3) photo and image upload
4) message the customer can leave
5) possibility to write the additional price of each variant (e.g. write +$5 next to the variant, both in the drop-down menu and in the multiple selection)
6) calculation of the cost of the product as the customer selects the variants.

Hi.

Some days ago this plugin stop working when adding products to basket with checked options, and output the “Option is invalid” error message.

After checking the plugin, we found the problem in the file includes/class-epofw-front.php, line 738, when try to sanitize the option array of values. To solve, change:

$post_check_field_name = array_map( 'sanitize_text_field', wp_unslash( wp_strip_all_tags( $epofw_field_value ) ) );

To:

$post_check_field_name = array_map( 'sanitize_text_field', wp_unslash( array_map( 'wp_strip_all_tags', $epofw_field_value ) ) );

We use this plugin on a client’s site, but recently since other plugins got updated, this one is the fault with this error when you click Add to Basket.

I cloned the site and 100% certain it is this plugin.

If you can help us to get it fixed, on the clone (it’s turned off on the main site), I can send you a PM if you can contact me direct, to maybe resolve?

Hi.

We are triying to use this plugins in one of our clients website, but we have found two issues:

Double tax issue as described in this closed topic:

This happends when taxes are activated in WooCommerce general setings. When we add a product with a option with price, tax are double added to final price aby following this formula:
UNITS x PRODUCT_TAX x (PRODUC_PRICE_TAX_INCLUCED + OPTION_PRICE).
Addons table in single product page only adds up to one unit of the option priced, as described in this (abandonded) topic:

Behavour: when add more than one unit of a product with an opciont priced, the addon table shows properly the sum of product price per selected units, but only once the option price, regardless of selected units. So, subtotal is worng, and does not match the correct amount shown in the shopping cart page (when we don’t have taxes activated, of course).

This has happened to us at two different sites where we have tested with the latest version of the plug-in.

Double Tax issue caused by the plugin

There appear to be a bug in this plugin. It adds the tax amount of the product a second time when an add-on option is added.

If you select the product and add it to the cart you will see the price remains the same in the cart as displayed. (product price displayed is inclusive of 10% GST)

If you select the product and apply an add-on, it adds the the product price (inclusive of GST) + add-on + product price GST.

Would really appreciate some help with this.

What have I done to date.
1. Removed each add-on to clearly identify which add-on is responsible. ( no other add-on appears to be interfering)
2. Select the product by itself and run through to cart (price remains )
3. Selected another product that has an add-on ( same outcome)

I have come to the belief that the code has an extra line to add the tax ignoring that the product price already has the tax attached.

Appreciate your help in advance.

Hi there,

When I attempt to use this with a Woo Subscription product, it overrides the price of the subscription so the renewal is now set to the add-on’s price instead.

Woo Sub item is $60

Add on is $10

checkout should be $70 and renewal $70 but it renews for $10

Hello,

I have a product in my site which has 5-6 add-ons.
I need the subtotal after selecting addons should appear above the quantity selection and add to cart button.

Is there a way to achieve this??

Table Border Around All Options??

Hello,

I am not sure what happened, but it looks like with version 2.0.5 there is now a border around all the fields. I opened a support ticket, but the devlopers who answered told me it wasn’t their product? It’s the only add-on I have enabled on my site for product add-ons. I really need help with this one because this has ruined my site appearance and I cannot use this add-on like this. Please help.

Option price don’t appear in cart

Hi,
Thank you for this plugin. It works well on product page but not for the cart total.
I have an option (checkbox) with cost= 8 euros.
When checked by customer it appears correctly under the product with good total (product price and option price) but not on cart page. There is the option and its price on product description column, but not in the cart total price.

I want to have the first option to be default checked. Currently nothing is standard selected, and the user can straight go to the checkout. Even whilst I have “required” selected…

Hello, there was a problem after updating WP to version 5.9. The plugin is displayed incorrectly on the product page, which can be seen in the screenshot I am adding under the link. Before the update, everything was fine. I know that you already know the problem, when you can expect a fix, because the structure of my website is so difficult ??

Your plugging is awesome , I am just in trouble about the additional price in the displayed subtotal price
in the end the total is correct , but the subtotal is showing for my case 4000.00€ instead of 40€

When adding additional options to a product the additional options appear in the selected currency however when added to the totals they appear in the default currency.

checkout the page, change the currency and select an added option and watch the totals.

Radio option bug

It would appear that the radio button option when changed does not remove the previous selection, instead it adds the new radio selection to the price. So if changed multiple times the final costs keeps adding up.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I would like to report some anomalies in the plugin after updating wp 5.9. 1-I found that when you duplicate an element does not replicate the one configured in the previous one but starts with the insertion of a new element. 2-Once you have created an item and entered the changes to choose, the site cart displays the name of the field added to the item and not the name of the item itself. 3-When searching for the category to add to the item, all categories are always displayed even by entering any word instead of listing only the one you are looking for. 4-The most important anomaly found is that the selection box on the site, creates an additional column on the right by moving both the buttons of addition to the cart and addition number of pieces, and everything that is selected in addition to the products, completely out of phase the display of the list of choice. all this before the update worked perfectly. I hope it will be resolved soon. Thank you
