Purged all the Cache of wordpress cleared the Cache of browsers turned off Google auto Ads Tried creating place holders and templates manually.

After removing Ezoic plugin, ads.txt is not working (my Google publisher ID is removed from my ads.ext)

I have removed the Ezoic plugin (I had previously installed it as a test), but still somehow mydomain/ads.txt is redirected/modified and my Google publisher ID is removed from my ads.ext in my wordpress site.

When I type mydomain/ads.txt into my browser, it looks like this: google.com, , DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0 (i.e. Google ID publisher ID is missing).

I have the correct ads.txt file added on the server (with my publisher ID).

What can I do in this case? Please help me how to fix this problem.

Users of my website are able to create an account.

I just noticed that you don’t display ads for them, all ads are from Google and not Ezoic. In the admin of your plugin there is an option to disable ads for some connected users but it’s only set to admins. I even removed the option to disable ads for admin but it does’nt changed anything for non admin users they are still whitelisted of ads.

There is a bug.

Hi! After installing the plug in and started configuring it, my hosting is blocking my web due to query limit reached (yes my hosting have this restriction).

If I disable it im able to use the page without blocking or query problems.

When will you add support to clear out the AMP URL/Version of a post on add/update to posts? Is a major pain not having the AMP version of the post cleared when a post is published or updated. I just spent 3 hours debugging my website because of a blank screen of death.
It turns out it was caused by the ezoic plugin latest update.

Since I deactivated the plugin, my website works again.

Is there a reason why this is happening? Will you provide a fix soon ?

FYI, i’m on a multisite wordpress installation, the plugin was only activated on one site, but at some point all of them went blank.

I use LS cache plugin. Being aware of the compatibility issues, I deactivated the cache before tweaking with this plugin. Despite this, everything on the page was so broken I uninstalled it after a few minutes and re-enabled the cache.

LS cache does no longer work as before. My English homepage doesn’t cache anymore now despite resetting all settings in LiteSpeed. I noticed that the Ezoic plugin didn’t restore the ads.txt file already on the server (fixed that), but now I’m wondering if it left other traces that may still be interfering with other plugins.

The plugin is uninstalled so this SHOULDN’T be happening.

This is really hard to explain – and getting a screenshot is impossible, it turns out.

In the back office, when I am typing into the tags box for a post, instead of the tags suggestions coming up I type, a load of Ezoic code (references to ezodns and ad partner names) come up instead.

I tried to get a screenshot, but doing so unfocuses the tags box, making the suggestions box disappear.

I’m not really sure why any ad code would be running in the back office to be honest. I don’t even know if this is an issue with the Ezoic plugin or something else, but I’ll have to investigate it. I can’t really disable all plugins on a crazy-busy site so I’ll have to try it the long way.

But any suggestions you might have, I’ll be glad to consider. Thanks!

Apparently, the Ezoic plugin is incompatible with the Google Web Stories plugin, That’s not a good thing. The story indicated did exceptionally well in November of 2021 and even appeared TWICE on my phone’s Discovery feed.

I joined Ezoic in December. There have been some updates to both WordPress and Ezoic. I am running the latest WordPress, Mantra theme, and Ezoic plugin releases.

While writing another story, I kept getting the error “your story contains errors that can affect eligibility to appear on Google”. Searching the plugin’s support forum at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/web-story-is-invalid-6/ where I saw this “Could you please try deactivating the Ezoic plugin and retesting your story URL for any remaining validation errors?” and did as instructed. The issue went away.

If I activate Ezoic, the error comes right back. There is definitely a plugin conflict. Obviously, I’m not going to disable Stories as they do bring traffic, so now the ball is in Ezoic’s court. Since I have published stories, I’m going to keep the Ezoic plugin deactivated until the issue is resolved.

I have also reported this via Twist.com.

This message has littered the debug.log for as long as this plugin has been activated on my client’s account. They stopped using the plugin for a while and the debug.log was quite quiet. They reactivated it and it’s back again.

FYI, this message seems to come more frequently when using WP CLI.

Caused white screen of death for no reason I could figure; shutting off WordPress integration in the final tab fixed that for a week, then, at 3 am , it started again. Only disabling the plugin fixed it.

The problem is, I can’t know the exact reason why I got disapproved by google.
Can someone help me out?

I have the Kadence theme and the Ezoic plugin is causing a conflict with the Kadence image carousel. Instead of just showing the images on the carousel, the Ezoic plugin is created a huge gap in between the images. As soon as I disable Ezoic plugin it works fine.

I use the FacetWP plugin on my website to add an ajax filter to filter posts. But when I activate the Ezoic plugin, the Ajax filter won’t work.

It won’t load results. But shows loading animation. Results will be displayed only after a hard refresh. That problem only occurs when I activate the Ezoic plugin. Also, I tested some other alternative ajax filter plugins. But all of them gave the same results as above. When I deactivate the Ezoic plugin all the functions work perfectly.

(I use oxygen builder as the site builder)

I received an email from wordpress saying my site had a fatal error. I had to deactivate the plugin. Please help!

I just integrated Ezoid with my site and tried to add a sidebar to my site so that I could have a skyscraper ad there.
I tried to add placeholders myself but deleted them eventually. There were some crazy catching issues.
I installed the Ezoic plugin and it added all the placeholders automatically.
When I go to the widgets section to add a sidebar, there are many errors in red showing up there, such as these:
