Perfect plugin.

With custom fields in ‘shipping’ or ‘billing’ area everything is ok, but plugin does not saves data for custom field in ‘order’ area (after order_comments) .

Also positioning does not work, ex. position’ => array (‘before’ => ‘billing_company’)
