I am using the <!–nextpage–> feature on wordpress. The ‘Next’ button near the bottom of my page (there is a NEXT button on top and bottom) appears BELOW the facebook comments plugin.

How can I make the ‘next page’ button appear ABOVE the facebook comments plugin?

I’ve got a WP site (3.9) with this plugin and it appears that when editing a comment, the enter key does not actually submit the change. It behaves like it’s disabled. The result is one cannot actually edit their comment. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

seem to be incomplete. After creating a new app on facebook, no matter what I do, the wordpress plugin says my APP ID is wrong. Even though I’m copying it straight from the facebook page. Any help, appreciated. Are there any other mandatory fields to fill on facebook? (e.g. Namespace: ) Thanks

We had this plugin working until recently, when I upgraded the site to 3.5.1 and updated all plugins.

Now, no comments show up and there is no comment box. When I reactivated the plugin, we got an emamil saying:

There was no value for the XID. I had gotten the appID from my developers.facebook.com account, so I’m not sure if this XID was the same thing. In any case, it’s not working.

I use Facebook comments and the other day all of my comments disappeared. I had recently installed a couple new plugins, comment luv, nrelate, fanciest author, and Pinterest pin it button for images. I never actually got comment luv to work (I’ve seen blogs that use both facebook comments and comment luv and I would like to do that). But since it wasn’t working, and I lost all my comments, I deactivated both comment luv and nrelate. My comments themselves came back, but the count still reads 0 at the top, except for the new comments that have showed up since my comments came back. Is there any way to get the count to show back up?

Hi everyone!

I am wondering if there is any way to automatically expand the box (or to let the comment BOX to show up so that users can immediately see it and also can immediately start typing their comments) instead of clicking on the ‘ADD A COMMENT’ link, only then to have the comment box showing up.

This is because most of my users are lost and sometimes overlooked the ‘Add a comment’ link and would straightaway leave my blog without even commenting. This is just my assumption but I suppose this is what most of the users would behave.

Please let me know if there is any workaround for this. Perhaps an ‘onload’ event that would supersede the ‘onclick’ event of the link?

We’re having an issue with importing the FB comments in a new wordpress installation, it seems using the export and import feature would import actual wordpress comments, but it doesn’t do anything with the faceboook comments.

Is there a way to get these copied over without having to duplicate the entire database?

However, I am able to delete a comment if it is replied on a certain comment.

I added the plugin for one of my client’s websites, on the front end the plugin works great, however, we don’t recieve e-mail or facebook notifications for new comments, and on facebook’s comment moderation tool, most of the comments are not displayed, I’d appreciatte any help with this matter, We’ve considered removing the plugin and using facebook’s development code directly however we don’t want to loose the comments already made in the site

i got some problem here. everything went fine till i want to display image in my archives, so when the visitor search some keywords, my site will show the article which relevan to keywords, and showing the images. and its done

but the another problem is, i got double posting on my newer post. browse the google, looking for an answer, make me to deactivate all plugin, then activate them 1 by 1, in order to get which plugin causing double posting.

then i found that facebook comment for wordpress causing double post on my newer post. i deactivate them, my newer post didn’t doubled.

how to resolve this ?

now i’m using another facebook comment plugin, but i prefer to use facebook comment for wordpress. help me

On the others it says comments closed. It seems as though the comments are only closed on my most recent posts.

I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating, but not much else, as I’m not sure what to do…

This was a great plugin idea..
IDK why developer is not making a single effort to address some of the bugs..
It’s really sad to see such great plugin be deprecated.

The community has raised many serious issues. They remain to be treated with disregard.

I have alignment problems, I have weird error msgs in the setting page, and inside the blog pages.. I have to say it. I’m reluctantly removing the plugin. It’s working in my favor anymore..

This plugin stops you being able to call the thumbnail on themes etc.

Not sure why the plugin should disable this wordpress core function.
