Do you plan on updating the plugin to correct this?
Thanks!

Thank you.
Facebook events manager said that:
Update to IPv6 for ViewContent events?
Change IPv4 addresses for ViewContent events to IPv6. Your server is sending IPv4 IP addresses through Conversions API, but we observe IPv6 IP addresses received through Meta Pixel. IPv6 is preferable over IPv4 for IPv6-enabled users. IPv6 is currently the industry-accepted standard and offers durability for your integration.
How do we enable this?
Thank you.
]]>Hello,
Facebook informs me that my Pixel is missing some key parameters, in particular the FB Click ID. However, the “ Additional user information” parameter is activated in my Pixel Cat administration panel.
What should I do to correct this?
Best regards.
]]>How can we capture fbc with Pixel Cat and send it to FB?
]]>Hi there, please see this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/L5KY14.jpg . Do we need both or is it enough to just have conversions API? The reason why I am asking is that when I check our website in the browser console, it is telling me that our pixel is duplicate. Please advise. Thank you.
]]>Hi, is it possible to have different pixels depending on wpml language?
]]>Hi!,
I’m trying this plugin and I have some questions. My website is a ticket shop. Recently, a new client asked me to use a Pixel. The process is as follows: he gives me his Pixel and I have to put it on his product, so that he can track his event, (but one Pixel for each product).
On my website, I have a client who has asked me for this for two different events, and I don’t know if your plugin (paid version) allows me to do it, since it seems that the free version doesn’t.
I attach a link with 2 products, each Pixel I only want to be activated within each of those events, each one in its assigned event.

How can I prevent this? is this a know issue on PixelCat?

]]>Hi, I set up the free version of Pixel Cat and am currently tracking links clicks to a phone number, link clicks to an email address and visits to three thank you pages as Lead events, using Conversion API.
The website is multilingual and uses WPML to manage that functionality.
All link click events are working properly in both languages, but the page visit events are only triggering on the main language pages, not the translated pages. When I switch the language to the secondary language (french), the list of pages is empty. If I try and select the 3 french language pages here and save my settings, it removes the pages from the original language and then those events don’t fire.
Here are screenshorts from the original language (english) and translated language (french)

Hi , We are using pixel cat long time, but recently the purchase count mismatch with woocommerce data. We tested it through meta event test tool. Then addtocart & viewcontent got fired two times in which one has accurate data & other one not having content_ids & value.
Let us know way forward to fix it. or suggest some other good plugin.

How can we go about sending extra data – such as the Facebook Click ID – back to Meta alongside our event data?
Thanks in advance!
Hi, I have 2 pixels installed. First I followed Pixel Cat steps to install my facebook pixel to my website. Then, as I was making my first advert, Meta wanted me to create another pixel, so I clicked on that. As that kept popping up as ‘inactive’ (and a problem) I tried installing that pixel into my site alongside the first one. So there it is now. But in my facebook account I still get the warning that that is inactive.
My question: can I ignore this, as the first pixel should just be doing it’s job? Just leave it as it is? Or do I need them both?
I’ve already tried deleting the entire advert campaign to start from scratch, but then in the new campaign, the meta pixel was already waiting for me.
PLEASE can anyone help? I’m lost and clueless. This entire pixel thing is new to me. Please use dummy language in your answers only. Thanks!
]]>We have Pixel cat for tracking. I updated the plugin. All looks good but the base pixel is not working. However the events I have setup are working. So this page shows the event but not pageview: https://www.ayellowstonelife.com/secrets-of-animal-language-webinar-thank-you
]]>Hello team,
I’ve installed your plugin and configured all the setting to install and activate the FB Pixel.
All events are detected very well on the Conversions API when is enabled the Test Mode.
Also, I’ve activated the Ecommerce events for WooCommerce.
I’m receiving all the time this warning from the Pixel Helper: https://imgur.com/HNWH1FA
Do you can help me with this issue? Why is appearing if all is OK with settings and tests?
Thanks in advance.
PD: I’have deactivated all the cache plugins/methods, and when the Pixel Cat plugin is inactive, the FB Pixel isn’t detected by the Pixel Helper extension.
]]>Hi,
Yesterday, my website received 500 visitors. However, when I check the Events Manager on Facebook, it displays PAGE VIEWS as 3500. I’m puzzled by this inconsistency.
Moreover, given that the average user views only 2 pages, the total PAGE VIEWS should be around 1000 (500 visitors x 2 pages). I’m unsure if I’ve made an error or if there’s an issue. Your guidance would be highly valuable.
]]>1)The exclude categories feature in data feed is not working. We are running a multilingual website, and unfortunately both of the languages are uploaded.
2) The event manager is showing duplicating events. Such as purchases. I am also using the WooCommerce Integration. Shall I disable the “WooCommerce events for Facebook Pixel”? or what else can I do? I have disabled the custom purchasing event.

How do i resolve the below issue please?
Issue: Missing AddToCart Value Parameter
One or more of your AddToCart events is missing a value parameter. This may affect your ability to see return on ad spend calculations.
thank you
]]>Hi! My pixel was working… and then it seems to have stopped registering. I have the Meta Pixel Helper installed and can no longer see the pixel. Apparently this happened a few months ago and I’m just now noticing.
I have had Pixel Cat installed for years and the plugin is up to date. Ideas??

]]>I just found out that pixel cat does not trigger page view. When I’m running ads. No landing page view in ads manager.
Then I figure out to use Header & Footer plugin. Then I paste the pixel body. Then only the page view pixel is firing. Is there any way to fix this using pixel cat?
]]>Hi,
I’ve installed PixelCat and it’s the only plugin that gets the connection via the conversion API.
I successfully used a testbutton to send custom events, setup in PixelCat, that were send via the pixel and the conversion API and then deduplicated. So far so good.
Now I have the challenge that I want to send custom events via javascript and the fbq(‘trackCustom’, ‘Event’) code. Since we want to fire the event after a user is successfully added to our database and not upon the button click.
I tried it several times but the event is only tracked via the browser and not via the server.
Is it possible to track those events also via the server?
Best wishes,
Simon

]]>Hi there. I just installed Pixel Cat and am having trouble getting it working. I have a valid Pixel (double-checked the # is correct), and I see the code is being inserted in the header (with the correct pixel code), and I see code further down the page with the triggers for the Facebook Events I created (AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, ViewContent) – but when I use the Pixel Helper tool I get strange results. The icon does not turn blue, but it does say there is a pixel installed on the page.
Is the pixel just not active somehow? Is there another step I’m missing here?
Toggling the “WooCommerce events for Facebook Pixel” setting on and off doesn’t seem to work either (which is why I was trying to manually set up some events)
]]>Am I right to believe, that in order for the FB Conversion API to work, I also need to add the pixel separately? Because if I just add the Conversion API in Pixel Cat, add the pixel code and save – with the page refresh the line of the code is empty again…
