I just bough “Facebook Page Promoter Lightbox” lightbox. I configured app id but the lightbox appears even tough I already like it for. This is happening with premium version.

How can I disable this?

I’ve tried every setting and I can’t get it to work, it’s always blank.

It called the footer call in the footer file.
I have it set to 4000 ms, so it has time to load.
I’ve tested every setting to no avail.

I’m using the Monarch plugin by Elegant themes for social media, BTW, as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, the mobile version of the fb popup is too big for the mobile site and the edges and half of the like button are off screen. Is there any better solution to this?

Hello, after updating the plugin, it ceased to function. I rolled it back to previous version with all other plugins updated, and it works fine even though my server does not use version 5 of PHP. (WP Engine) Like the plugin, thank you ??

I installed this plugin to test. Don’t like it. First, I deactivated it and on a page load, it is still showing. Then, I deleted it in WP Admin panel and it is still showing up on a page load. I tried to go into FTP and find the folder and it is gone. But, it is still having a pop up on all my pages. I already cleared the cache…so that is not the problem. Can you please tell me how to remove this thing?!

Facebook seems to have discontinued support for using the all.js way of loading the API. We’re in the process of upgrading this plugin and will release a new version today.

The popup looks irritating on mobile phones. Is there any way to disable pop-ups on mobile phones ?

1. The pop-up appears just after the reader lands on a page. Is it possible to make some changes so that the pop-up appears only when the reader is about to leave the website ?

2. A pop-up appears on every page, which annoys. Can any change be done ?

3. It should not appear for those who have already liked the page.

Hi, the popup doesn’t appear. Although has the same settings as on the other site. We tried with specified AppId for our domain and without it. Anyway I’m getting this error
