Very low quality plugin, causing very serious issues, does not sync well, support threads not answered. Avoid, avoid.

This plugin has saved us gobs of time and work! We use WooCommerce to manage our own wholesale site orders and, after joining Faire, needed a plugin to sync Faire orders with Woo as well. We didn’t want to leave WP/Woo or begin using another eCommerce solution to manage Faire orders and transactions. This plug in was the perfect solution! Have been using it for about a year with few hiccups, but support was responsive when needed and, on one occasion, was on the phone with us for over an hour to resolve the issue!
Highly recommend it to WordPress/Woo and Faire users.

I’ve tried this plugin a few times and the sync always failed.

Also tried to reach out their support for some help. Unfortunately, no one would response and I have to say very poor support in my experience.
