I usually do this by hand in my child themes but the premium theme I’m using for a client site discourages the use of child themes in order to give you support services <ugh!> so I had to find a work-around. This plugin gives all the options I needed. Thank you!

Setting to centre output, field selections, etc don’t seem to work. It just puts a brief copyright notice bottom left.
