When indexing, there is an “Content-Type header [application/x-www-form-urlencoded] is not supported” problem. It is said: I am using ElasticSearch on localhost, WP 4.5.8 (the last one tested for this plugin).

The ES recover correctly all the data and index but, when I make a search, the results come from the WP MySQL DataBase, not from the Elastic Search.

I had a problem when I save a post in BO

I used plugin “radio button for taxonomy” and this tax will not reindex-data to Elastic when I add new /update a post

I found a bug in file wp-content/plugins/fantastic-elasticsearch/wp/admin/hooks.php
– at row 10 : add_action(‘save_post’, array(&$this, ‘save_post’));
– and I changed it to add_action(‘save_post’, array(&$this, ‘save_post’), 20);

It will fixed this issue

Does this plugin index BuddyPress forums, threads etc? Would love to speed up BuddyPress with this plugin if it has similar features to bpes (not sure it ever got finished)

Copied the endpoint and put it into the plugin, also added trailing / at the end of the endpoint URL, Saved changes. The plugin reports everything sucessfully saved. Went to Re-Index date, it ran through 3800 items and after finishing re-indexing, I checked back in AWS console. No indices were present. Nothing happened.

Is this plugin compatible with AWS Elasticsearch ?

My Aws Elasticsearch instance has allowed IP address of my EC2 server in access policy. So no connectivity issue.

This plugin looks fantastic compared to uh…the other one. However I was able to get that one to connect the Elasticsearch server properly.

Entering the Server URL as https://localhost:9200/ results in “Unknown error:52”. I tried https and get “Unknown error:35”.

What’s my problem?

I have been using the Facets Class to deliver facet results however i have realised facets is to be depreciated.

Given the code example i have below , is there away through the plugin to use the class resultSet or any other to collect aggregations?

Currently i am returning facets like below;

we are using Fantastic Elastic search to deliver some quite complex filters to out search results. Everything is working great however i want to be able to include a posted date facet filter
There isnt a post_date field available in Content indexing and am wondering how i can enable this in my filter?

I set up my Elastic Server on on a dedicated digi Ubuntu VM, separate from my web-site host service. Seem to work find for a while but but then I tightened the security up on the Elastic Server and now Elastic Search is failing with unable to login. Thing is I can’t see where I set the user name/password in the first place. (I assume the Server field in General Setting is supposed to reference a remote elastic server?). What sort of authentication does it support – can I hack the plug0-in code to make is use an RSA Public key?
