Hello,
If a developer is interested in recreating this plugin please send me an email at [email protected]
Thanks!
]]>Can a skilled developer take over this plugin or build a similar one? This plugin was one of the best plugins out there in terms of commenting system. It is not like the other ones, you can actually import Facebook comments directly into your WordPress site as native comments! It will sync them and it will even keep their profile photos and also direct link to their Facebook accounts as if they had accounts created on your site!
I will really love to see this plugin resurrected.
Thanks!
]]>Hello, I have FB Comments Importer PRO and my emails are not being answered. For whatever reason, I can no longer import comments. I have the right app, secret, and token code, but PRO returns a blank list. Title URL Type FB comments Total Comments Add Connected … nothing underneath.
What’s up? Can someone help me? I have sent screen shots. Please, help!
This plugin no longer works and the creator never answers any question. DO NOT BUY IT!!
]]>The Pro version of the plugin stopt working. No response from the developer. Whats going on!!
]]>Hello,
Is this plugin still working? Anyone providing support? I have the PRO version however I have different issues. Sometimes stops itself importing comments and now all the users show Anonim instead of their names.
I had good expectation about this plugin…
]]>I have read all the topics. Our PRO version stopped importing comments too.
Does anyone have a way for the pro version to work. We still have problem even after changing facebook API to a lower version …
Regards Chris
]]>hello friends I have made 4 attempts to contact the creators of the pro version of this plugin, several days ago.
because the pro version is importing comments without image and without name as anonymous, from November 29, 2017
but the creators of the plugin, not respond and not solve the problem,
despite I spending my money on buying this plugin.
draw your conclusions.
]]>I just bought and configured fb-comments-importer pro. My facebook comments are imported unfortunately without names and avatars. Comments are marked as anonymous and no link to the commentator Facebook profile at all (just https//www.facebook.com: no https so ssl error).
]]>I purchased the “Pro” version and hooked my website up to the website’s Facebook page. It “seems” to connect, but the comments don’t appear on my website. Am I missing something?
Do these comments automatically appear or am I supposed to insert some code somewhere? I am at a loss – and, of course, no one at this plug-in’s support page answer my questions.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Tara
]]>hi, I love this plugin, thank you for your effort. while after I imported the comments from Facebook to WordPress, I noticed that there is a difference in the post times, maybe it’s because of the different time zone (I’m in Asia), do you have any solution to adjust it? thanks.
]]>I first installed the free version. This worked well, and I did not need to set up anything (already had a facebook comments plugin installed).
I bought the pro version, which did not automatically work. I followed the instructions in the videoguide (https://wp-resources.com/facebook-importer-how-to-setup-facebook-app/) meticulously but every single time at step 3 (authorise your account) it goes wrong. I get a message: “URL could not be loaded: The domain of this URL has not been added to the domains of this app. Add all your domain’s and subdomains to the App domains field in your app’s settings to load this URL.”
I’ve tried so far at least 5 times, with the same result.

Please inform me where i go wrong
]]>Hello. The plug-in stopped importing comments from our Facebook groups over a week ago and I’ve been trying with no success to get developer support. I have the Pro version and usually I get great customer service. But nothing so far and I could really do with some help now.
]]>We’ve recently moved from http to https and lost all of our old FB comments on our blog posts. What we’d like to do is import all our old FB comments from our http posts and add them to our new https posts as WP comments. Does the plugin (either in normal or Pro version) do this? I don’t want to import from a Facebook page but from our FB comments plugin on our blog posts.
Many thanks.
]]>Hello,
Need some help it’s impossible for me to import comment anymore, is it possible to get some help please.
Having the pro vesrion purchased less than one year ago
Thanks
]]>I’ve bought ‘pro’ plugins before now only for the developer to cease support and updates. Why should I buy the pro version of this plugin when there are so many unanswered questions in the support forum? And why does it cost $25 for one domain and double that for as many as you want? This all seems a bit suspect to me. Sorry to be so cautious but can anyone tell me if they’re happy with the purchase of the pro version?
]]>Hi,
The plugin is great (I have the PRO version) but a lot of comments are just mentions to other people in facebook. Those comments have 0 content value so it would be great if the plugin had a filter to prevent importing them.
What do you thing ivan?
Thanks!
]]>We have changed the name of the site and we have problems importing the comments. Our Plugin is the paid version. What do we have to do?
]]>I want to buy the PRO version but there’s a problem with the FREE version.
1) I just imported comments from various posts from my fanpage to my wp site.
2) An hour later there are new comments on one post in the fanpage
3) When pressing CHECK again in the plugin it still shows that there are no new comments even tho there are.
What’s the FIX for this?
Thank you!
]]>Comments and posts from my fan page are importing perfectly, but I would also like to import comments from my user wall. But when I click the “Show My Wall (user wall)” button, nothing shows up under the “User Wall” heading.
]]>I have 4 pages which all use the same website as source, how can I import comments of all the 4 pages into the website automatically?
]]>We’ve got a strict ssl/https install and this plugin is working great for us so far except that it’s hardlinking the facebook avatars via http causing type mismatch warnings for our visitors.
Could this be updated to detect protocol and link up the avatars via https/ssl?
]]>Hi, I’m interested in purchasing the program, but I haven’t been able to access the link for a few months now. Not sure why, but it always times out. I’ve tried multiple times on different PCs. Is the site down?
]]>I was able to import comments from my Facebook Page, what I really wanted was to migrate from the Facebook Comment plugin to the wordpress comment system. Thats all. Is this possible on the Pro version?
]]>Hey there,
some Comments are “cool” at FB, but useless on my blog. For example “@myfriend1 look at this nice post”, cool for social media (like sharing) but useless on my blog.
But if I delete the comment on WP, the Plugin will Import it second time.
I use “Facebook Comments Importer PRO” Version “2.0”
]]>Hello,
I have the PRO version installed on my website: https://www.boutdevie.org. It works perfectly, but i still have a quick question. I use the plugin with 2 accounts :
my group page : https://www.facebook.com/groups/190723864564/
and my page : https://www.facebook.com/frankbrunocabochard/?fref=ts
I filled the Ids of thoses pages in the configuration page. I see in the bottom of the configuration plugin page, three buttons to retrieve comments :
– Show Fan page wall
– Show Group wall
– Show My Wall (user wall)
Unfortunately, i can’t add the id of my personnal account, as there is only two field to add account ids. Is there a way to add a third account in the plugin configuration ?
Thank you.
Nicolas.
]]>Hello. I have the Pro version but was not getting the option to pull comments from Facebook. There was a note that I could re-authorise my comment if there were problems. But I did that and it got worse. No matter what I do, I’m stuck on the page with this notice:
“Facebook Comments Importer PRO
Setup Plugin in 3 easy steps:”
Can you help me get use of your product once more? Thanks
Hello, recently I found out that this plugin causes wrong avatars.
For example, please see screen capture below,
This is an incorrect avatar which the image url is:
https://graph.facebook.com/1253926987978927/picture?type=large
And I don’t know whom this facebook graph belongs to.
The issue is fixed only when I turn off this plugin.
Would you please help with this? Thank you so much.
I have done everything properly as far as I can tell as far as install/configure/etc. I provided a fb developer App and pswrd. I made a post through a fb “page” (not personal profile) and made a comment on that post from another fb account. I do not see any posts listed inside my wp admin in the fb comments importer settings page.
]]>HI there, I just want to ask if it’s possible to use this plugin to import FB Comments From Another WP site? But This time I want those comments to be a wordpress comments.
I want to export all the FB comments here: https://sponsormoredownlines.com/members-home/
And I want to import them as WP comments to this page: https://topearneracademy.ph/course/sponsor-more-downlines/
