It’s a very neat idea which helps a lot in SEO.
I was trying the free version before buying the pro, but the plugin creates an error with Gravatar profile pictures, and I have no answer from the developer. It’s works fine, but I have no confidence in the product or the support I would get with the pro version.

After noticing that most of the comments to my blog are now made on Facebook, I set off in search of a solution. This plugin does everything I could possibly want, and more. I purchased the pro version, and it was some of the best money I’ve ever spent on my blog. Since installing Facebook Comments Importer Pro, user interactivity has increased by a factor of 10 or more. I couldn’t be happier, and member feedback has been 100% positive.
Support has been phenomenal. Even when it became clear that a problem I was having was due to my theme and not the plugin, the developer kindly offered to continue to work on the issue.

I love this plugin. It delivers, and lets you comprehensively bring the FB conversation over onto your website. Set up is a bit complicated for non-coding types (like me) but if you put on your brave pants, it can be done. Thanks to the developers for creating this little gem.

Ivan’s provided very responsive and hands-on support for the plugin, even before I purchased it. My settings were not saving for some reason, and Ivan helped sort this out twice, once with the free version and once with the PRO.
Just know that he’s based in Europe, and you’d have to wait for the appropriate hours.
Plugin works as advertised after fixing my issues. No duplicate comments imported either.
I’d suggest having a guide on the website for the free version (there’s only a guide/video for the paid version), and possibly better documentation as well when it comes to Facebook app creation – the settings can be a little tricky.

This plug-in delivers everything it promised. It makes my website so much vibrant as I’ve found that people prefer to talk within their Facebook communities. So this plug-in pools all the chatter into one spot on my site and suddenly people are giving me repeat views just to read comments.
As good the plug-in is, the deal sealer for me was the excellent customer service. A Facebook API update caused a hiccup in the functionality of the plug-in for my site, Wired868. Ivan responded quickly and was polite, honest, fast and generous with his time to get it sorted swiftly.
It is the best customer service I’ve received and, whatever they are selling, I’m buying!
I recommend this plug-in highly. Don’t give it a second thought.

This is a great plugin. The idea behind it is as simple as anything. Having a seamless experiance between the blog and it’s facebook page is at least for me important.
Importing comments is simple, it’s done by the click of a button if you have the free version. If you have the Pro version, it can also be done automatically using WP Cron.
Support is also great. I had an issue with importing comments and I got the help I needed directly.
I’d recommend getting the Pro version just because of the automatic import (just set the imported comments as “not approved” if you want to have some control of what is imported).

I like the basic version of this plugin, only I wish you could add a feature that allows you to see whether you’ve already imported FB comments.
I also just bought the licence for the PRO version but have yet to receive any information on how to download it (the licence, plugin link, etc.). HELP!!

This is a plugin that’s a best kept secret! Easily imports comments from a Facebook fan page into WordPress site as comments, increasing engagement because people then continue to comment on the same story via the WP site. Google likes this for rankings too.
I don’t get FB avatars though? Are there settings for this?

It does what I thought it do. After a short configuration (great that there is a easy and complete manual how to do this on author’s website) it works. You don’t have to do anything extra.
So if you want an easy plugin to import comments from FB in automatic way , now you know what to choose.

I have been using the ‘Facebook Social Plugin’ to allow people to comment on my posts using their facebook account.
But as people turn off from facebook, I figured this wasn’t the best option.
This plugin added all my facebook comments to my default wordpress comments section which I then exported to disqus.
