I installed your plugin and I have an issue on the background color. The first icon is ok (sort of brown) but then, it’s yellow and I wan’t to have the same color. I tried to modify this with CSS but I can’t find it.

]]>We find the toggle open / and close to be bad UX. IE: the user clicks the button once to open the messenger box. to close the messenger box they need to click the same button again. there is no indication that the user needs to do this to close the message box. and therefor remains open and clutters the page resulting in a bad ux experience for the user. Can this be rectified?

having activated the plugin, the chat works but the welcoming message does not
appear as it does in the demo example. Please, provide me with an explanation

Is there an option to have the chat be minimized and only expands when user clicks on it.
Is there an option whereby the chat icon is displayed only when the user starts scrolling.

When clicking on the Chat icon, a new browser window opens that navigates away to the Facebook Messenger website INSTEAD OF the pop-up chat bubble that keeps the customer on our website. I’ve been using your plugin since 2015, and customers have always been able to click on the tab/chat icon which opens up a chat bubble to type in. Is this a normal function of the new Free Forever plan?
]]>The plugin works great on desktop. On mobile I am having an issue that when it requests a user ‘login’ in the chat ,it seems to take them to a Facebook address that doesn’t work. So the people aren’t able to login at all.
