When this plugin is activated, it slows down the loading of my site by 5+ seconds. Are these scripts loading async/defer? If not can you please provide the option to load scripts async and defer so that it doesn’t affect page load so much?
It also loads 21 js/css files — way too many! Can these be combined into one file?

]]>Using latest WordPress + latest Safari on Mac, the modal pop up appears, but the FB box doesn’t appear inside it.
Works fine on Chrome, just not on Safari. No errors reported in the browser console. I am using WPFC, but have tried it with and without cache.
Anyone else with this problem? Any solutions founds?

]]>I saw an similar issue and your response was- don;t serve cached content. So your support is to tell people to disable any form of caching so your plugin can work? Perhaps it’d be better to let people know what rules to setup to support Nginx cache or w3tc or any other cache. Do not serve cached content is damned stupid response to people.

I’ve just installed the plugin but I only get a white field box area when I click on the icon… I’ve added the fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/MastersCircleEquine/ in the appropriate field in the backend settings. My Facebook fan page is also visible for everybody in the Facebook settings.
What am I doing wrong?

I noticed that the initial position for the icon starts from top left. Then it will drag itself to the right side (according to what we set). How can I ignore the initial position which is starting on the left and it directly appear by fade at the right side?
Each time when we load a new page, the icon will annoyingly drag itself from left to right. ??

I’m using this plugin with a custom trigger (<a href="#fb-messenger">Chat Now</a>), and I just noticed that when the user currently isn’t logged in on facebook, the popup after the trigger just gives an endless loading message …
Ideally, it should give the user a popup to log in on facebook. Is that possible?
Less ideally, if the user isn’t logged in on fb, my custom trigger should be hidden. You guys know of a conditional statement or something to achieve this?

When your plugin is used together with this popular plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/) the CSS of FB message box gets messed up (off-centered) and so it becomes unusable.
