There is a conflict with this plugin and woocommerce subscriptions that prevents a subscription order AND renewal from being processed. There are no error logs that result, but the symptom is that a subscription order note for purchase or renewal (or any action, including activation or cancellation) loops over and over again, thousands of times, until the server runs out of memory and crashes. A php memory allocation error is printed in the Woocommerce action logs, but no stack trace etc in any log that I have found (including with wordpress debug enabled).

I have reached out to support on their chat line, but am also posting here in case someone else runs into this, and to get as much visibility as possible for a resolution. Disabling Feed for TikTok Shop returns subscription functionality to normal.

Hi, on the Woocommerce website it lists TikTok for WooCommerce as one of the three plugins for TikTok -I don’t see this one yet TikTok have pointed me to it. Can you tell me what the difference is between this plugin and TikTok for WooCommerce please? I also believe this has a monthly subscription fee too?

The plugin does not work with woocommerce shipment tracking and I do not think it is fair that you have to pay for an Aftership subscription just to be able to process tik tok orders from woocommerce, surely this plugin should be stand alone since you have to pay a subscription. We have been trying to get support on this issue for days but Matt is impossible to get hold of and once he finally replies to our message and then we reply back the message is then picked up by someone else who has no idea how to help us. How do we get dedicated support please??
